rivalry resolved long ago. server is buggy trying to fix, nobody knows what the problem is. others crashed server with same error before and it just strarted working others did nothing and it came on after an update etc. atleast we can temp fix it until server empties and auto restarts.

You have to complete X amount of units (usually 9) in each section of GE before you can transfer, and then you transfer in as a starting junior

I did. he complained when an admin abused on him (in a minor way) and then he himself ended up abusing on others (in slightly more than minor ways) but he won't be getting admin. ;p as well as a once he was demoted mass FK type of thingery i don't remember if he abused powers after demotion or not. -
