She has permission to use mic (and by default warden) from silence. If you guys are annoyed with her saying random stuff consistently whether warden or not, tell her, and if she doesn't stop, then just mute her for a round or 2.

There was proof, there was a screenshot taken, and then passed on to silence, silence saw the screenshot with chat messages from duckii jr and acted on those. you ask for us to show you the pictures, or for silence to confirm them, when he has, and you just ignore it. Also, firstblooD you left xg from redstone pretty pissed, and then when this comes up, you are suddenly back, it leads me to believe the past that he is asking people to come to this thread. As well as you have gone to most channels with population in teamspeak to specifically post this thread, and then leave, come back later, post it again, leave to another.

-1 Quite simply for the reason you currently are not a member, you left saying all sorts of shit about how we were dead and nothing would last after, and that it was trash. Granted you didn't act as blatantly stupid as Towelie did, but you still acted pretty stupid. You also mass'd today. why mass the same time you are trying to rejoin?

-1 Quite honestly, there is a point you reach where I think that people just get tired of dealing with problems, I'm surprised that point has not been reached with you yet. you join (TS and Servers) for a day or two, ask for an unban, you get it or not, doesn't matter, you then take that golden spoon that seems to be mass produced in a factory, and shove it up your own ass, leaving a stockpile of gold spoons in there.

As per usual, I will -1 seeing as when you take a bit to think of why silence perm'd him from forums and not servers in the first place, was that if he were to go around posting said suicide threats, and anything were to actually happen, we can be held liable. Silence does not want to be held liable, in any way shape or form, and I have to agree with that, ask yourself, would you want to be someone around an area where someone was talking about suicide, and then next thing you hear about him, is that he commit suicide? Not only did you know that he had spoke of suicide (liability) but you also have to live with the fact that you did know, and that you couldn't do anything to stop it, or that you couldn't get enough help, as well as the image that puts not just on Silence, but the entire community, and the emotional stresses it puts on the community as a whole. That is quite literally the reason for the ban, and I completely support that reasoning, had the ban gone a step further and you were out of servers and teamspeak too, that would be a problem, that would be too far. But you are not server banned, or teamspeak banned, it is only forums, and in my opinion, that was the correct thing to do. @@Rhododendron
