There are a few reasons this can occur. The Steam browser crashed. this causes a malfunction in Steam overlay Steam thinks a button other than shift or tab is being pressed. In this instance mashing shift and tab 10 times will unstick Steam A button other than shift and tab is being pressed. look fro crumbs in the keyboard that cause sticking. The solution is far simpler than restarting your computer. Restarting CS:S can work. If that does not work, manually close and restart Steam. This solves the problem 100% of the time for me.

Hiya there, The most jumps LR is glitched, half the time the CT is teleported and gets stuck in the ceiling. This means the CT cannot jump and cannot participate. Please remove most jumps, or make this glitch a slayable offense. If you need demo evidence this glitch is real and abused, I'll collect some. Thanks, Tarin
