Could we possibly get a Forum rule book up and running. I dont even know what is allowed for post reports or infraction reports. Theres always been a lot of trolling, disrespect, and general douchery. But lately there has been a lot, not excluding myself. If we are suppose to be cracking down on trolls we need to start doing it not only in server and on TS3, but on the forums as well. I know im not the one to come up with a list for ban times, and maybe it would be best to hear from the community for ban times and the reasons. The max amount of players we can have on a highlander team is 25. Though only 9 of them are allowed to play at one time. Currently we have 9 in our offical team but we rarely ever get them on in time for the match. Yes and I enjoy WarZ. I have played it for quite some time and made multiple clans for xG in-game. Twice in which is cost me money to expand it to 40 players to because the 20 did not meet the amount of players I had met in game to join. 3 other times I had 20 players in it. Now I have @@GentleSnivy to make the clan for me and we have 4 in it now. And at the time I made those clans it was me only. Now that I have @@GentleSnivy and @Foxxeh both helping me we will expand the in-game clan even more. Though it is hard sometimes considering we dont have a server yet. But that isnt our fault. The devs have not allowed the creation of personal servers yet. Yes, I have tried to become Div Leader multiple times. 1st for DayZ, but at the time Silence wasnt able to get a server to get it running. 2nd is for WarZ. And then I was interested in spending some time getting a highlander server going, much like the scrim servers on CS:S, going for xG. But is it a crime to try to help out a community? I guess so. If you wish to remove the WarZ division from the website until we have a server and more members in the in-game clan, go ahead. The only thing that changes is I dont have a D in my name. Most of the time with a WarZ after it in which I get shit from really any player I meet. And then we dont have a category for it on the forums. If that is what matters to you. I thought the constant harassment from other players about my name might be enough for you, but I guess you care enough to want it out of my name. Ill leave the decision up to @autumn and @Brian.

Once again, WarZ's microtransactions are not for game changing items. When you die in any game like this you lose all your items. The store itself is not just IRL money. You earn money in game that you can use to buy the same items. Your basically saying that games like TF2 shouldnt be endorsed because you can buy guns to use in game. And in TF2 you pay $3 for some shitty guns that you can trade someone for for 2 other guns. Plus you have to buy an item from the store just to be able to trade. So let me ask you this. If to play DayZ you must pay 2 payments of $15 for both ARMA games, and then not pay a single cent for items in game. And then in WarZ you pay 1 payment of $15. Thats $15 in savings. I highly doubt that after that you will pay any more money, because theres nothing good to buy in the game. But if you decide to, you have $15 to spend before you have paid the same for DayZ. Also, stating "This game is boring" as a reason to not support is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. I think Minecraft is boring, but we support it. Do I go all out and start bashing that game? No, because it doesnt hurt me one bit to have another divison to show how big our clan is. The Devs are shit heads but not the game. The game has had many improvements over the time its been around, but there is still a lot to be done. There has been many rumors, some true, some not, about the game and its devs, and because all are assumed to be true, is why the metacritic value is so low. Ill run through the rumors. Banning forum accounts (not in game accounts) for demanding refunds. This is true. But they have stated many times that the forums are not the place for that. They have an email for all refund questions and statements to be sent to. Those who dont follow the forums rules, get banned. False Advertising. This is true. They did this for the steam version and because of that got kicked off the steam market. Many people then posted on the forums asking for refunds, but like I said above, got banned for not following rules. User Agreement From LoL. This is true. But Sergey (the lead dev) created the user agreement and other parts of LoL so he took it from it because HE made it in the first place and it worked for his game. False Bans in-game. This is true. They tried beefing up their anti-hack engine and it caused many people to get banned. Those who asked for an unban who were banned at this time were unbanned, even the real hackers. Once Banned You Cannot Be Unbanned By Email. This is false. A user who was banned for hacking in game with proof created the faulty rumor and later told the truth stating that she did lie. They made her tell the truth by treathening to press charges for using fake information to discredit their game, thus making them lose money. She also was unbanned. Also JayBreeze WE are not wasting time on this divison considering xG hasnt put a single cent into it. I am the only one who has paid any money for this division currently. And I will pay once again when the ability to create a server for xG is given to the players.

Let is be known first that this thread is not to insult anyone in xG in any shape or form. This, I think, is a serious question. There are many people who can easily step up and take the position, but I don't think really anyone comes directly to mind of who should be promoted. I know its a question that really is only going to be decided by the current Co-Leaders and Silence, but I really cant think of anyone that just screams "this guy should be co-leader". And dont get me wrong, there are tons of great Division leaders and Division Managers out there, who do great at their job, but that's their job. To be the leader of a specific division. How I see it is, Co-leaders must be extremely active, reach a extremely mature standard that not many people can meet, have the patience to co-run everything, and basically never be an asshole to anyone unless they absolutely deserve it. And no one at this time I think can meet these requirements. Some people may disagree with me, some people may think there are plenty who could do the job. And yes, there are plenty who can do the job, but the question is who CAN BE a Co-Leader. Maybe its just that in my own personal experience ive had troubles with a lot of the higher ranks back when they were mods and admins. For example @@Chrono is a great guy. He is very smart and very good at getting shit done. But at one point we both got each other on the xG shitlist. Basically 1 misstep to being kicked out of xG. Now a lot has changed since then, and ive seen no problems at all since that time, but with a Co-Leader, should there have ever been a problem? And I don't mean to say that Chrono would be a bad co-leader, I think he, along with many others would be a great co-leader. But I think the question this time around shouldn't be who deserves co-leader, but rather, who would be the best co-leader at this point in time. Because, I don't think think anyone would be promoted to co-leader if it were not for Serbian leaving. And again, I don't mean to insult anyone, or offend anyone, or question anyone's abilities, or question the decisions of the current co-leaders and silence. I just wanted to put forth my own opinion of our current situation.

My example was metaphorical lol. I was explaining how it would act similar to a TTT game. That if a player does some traitorous, but they dont have enough proof, they report it, and then later on if they see that player do something traitorous, it helps prove the case of the person who is now calling a Kill On Sight on him. (Small amount of Evidence) + (#of times same incident is reported) = (Person Probably Abusing) Its simple math guise.
