Okay enough of me complaining and venting on people.

Time to get a proposal out.

I think the main problem xG is facing is that we are horribly unorganized. I don't particularly mean serverside. Why? Because we have tons of useless or duplicate things here.

For example:

-We have inactive divisions with inactive/no leaders!

-Divisions without servers just means more power distributed, contributing to more abuse.

-There are TOO MANY SUBCLANS. We should just keep the old ones and official common shared things (Such as lifestyles). (F, DB, R, etc).

-We even have duplicate subclans. For example I think there are 3 marijuana subclans.

-Some admins enforce rules full force, others are not even strict.

-People are getting into xG way too easily. Especially trolls.

-Inactive members.

It is small things like this that are causing us to be unorganized, which causes problems.

My Ideas to change it:

-Take away divisions without servers (LoL is an exception). Divs also must have server hosting experience.

-Take away idle divisions.

-Restrict such free subclan creation, put rules down on what they can and cannot do when making a subclan.

-Deal with disrespect: The Teamspeak [used to be, but still can become] is a mess when it comes to respect.

-Employ better admins, or get more strict divs. Why is it that when I am on JB it seems they get like 5 warnings? What I mean here is that some admins will ban instantly, others will just delay, delay, delay.

-Reform the process in which a member joins xG. +1s must be legit, the person must actually know them to +1, and the reasons should be good.

-Also make a real minimum age (13?). One that they MUST be, no matter how many staff +1. This clan's average age seems to get lower and lower by the day.

-One more thing, make it so member submissions must actually have effort put into them.

Just my proposal, I think we could really fix xG around and get members that are more in xG. So many join and yet our Teamspeak seems bare. The members in the teamspeak are like family. We need more solid members, in an organized community where only the experienced have power.

Hell, I will even write up all the rules and reforms then show them to Silence, and @Brian (and get @@serbiansnaga 's opinion too).

All the GModders will throw our hate at the Batman while @@Aeon and I attack with Dragon Dildos. @@HighSociety will lower the self-esteems thrown at the Batmi which will leave him open to one final attack: Serbian will mumble at Matban until he is no more.

Also in JB people dont constantly die non-stop. So there wouldn't be that much gore generated at once.
