Eh nothing can ever completely stop people who don't know the MotD from joining the CT team. Like Neo said best we can do is inform them, and if they continue down the incorrect path go on teamspeak and inform a mod/admin that you need help.

I've given times before opening cells, but i don't see it as a tarp so long as i open cells/say go at least 5 seconds before the given time O.o

I'm writing this because I believe crouch walking should be a completely valid tarp order after 5:00. I'm not saying you could make any ts go anywhere real with it, but leave it open to warden as an option for tarping. The warden could say, "Crouch walk to my spray." Kill all ts that were not doing it properly. Then (s)he could continue giving normal orders. I'm not asking to let people do it before 5:00 or even to make it a real valid movement order, but it should be allowed to weed out ts that aren't paying attention. Thoughts? comments? ideas?

I don't see buying the ability to get a throwing knife every round as a good thing. It seems a lot like your lock pick idea when you think about throwing it at the cell open buttons. I do still think its worth at least a test run to see how it would affect game play.

I'm definitely for this if it costs more credits than a medium bomb something like 250-400. True that Ts have enough ways to rebel and good advantages on certain maps; unfortunately the maps that are harder to rebel on seldom get played anymore. This seems like a generally easier way to rebel. Yet it is less effective than a bomb if the warden does his job correctly at the start of the round. It punishes bad cts and rewards good ones! +1
