Well, I got the notion that this was where the thread was going. Also, have you seen the rules for our servers? Even I don't know ALL of the complete 20 pages of rules that we have. Considering how we literally have a page or more for each of our servers, and how rules are added so spontaneously without any warning to the community. Not to mention the randomly approved new minigames that are not spoken about. You guys need to explain these things better. Warned him about what? Gagged him for what? Did you talk to him about his problems? If this has already been a problem, and you all are clearly aware it is, you guys should have banned him already instead of repeatedly warning/gagging him. Use the process of escalation :| If it is obvious that the exploitations of a certain map are not going to or cannot be enforced 24/7 on a server, maybe it's time we should consider removing the map.

I already told certain people about these appointments, but oki. Guess I'll just risk my health then, next time.

Before we go on a massive "fu.ck off" and "disagree" spree, step back and take a look at this: There are "what's in the box" games that can be played, so he must be able to build. This is not a serious offense. If someone builds on jailbreak, it would require a warning or a slay. And clearly, since he is a regular, we could warn him to not do it again at the risk of a greater punishment. Also, if there is a problem with the map that allows engineers to build...remove the map? We barely play on legojail as it is. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, for anything that happened in the past, the only thing I see on this ban request is about building a dispenser. If you guys are aware that he is disrespecting people and spamming, why didn't you ban him or bring this up in the past? This is hardly the time to start doing "he said, she said". If you have evidence that shows he is causing problems, you should provide it. You guys get too overly attached to this stuff and just hold grudges. We don't perma people for breaking tiny rules. If we did that everytime, we wouldn't have a clan-base anymore. -------------------------------------------------------------------- In other words, perma banning him is hardly the way to go. I would be fine with a day ban or week ban if you guys have evidence of his past grievances, but other than that, this ban request is very flimsy.

Not saying we can't have fun; I'm saying that this shouldn't require a ban.

I think the underlying point of this is that he causes a lot of trouble, and this is one issue. I don't think building a dispenser should count for a ban; however, if he does more shit intentionally to spite people, then I would talk about some punishment.

Not to insult anyone, but I agree with Deth. Just a server doesn't seem like a logical idea.

Well, if your podcast gets popular, then people will want to join the server to meet you guys. Personally, just people standing around talking doesn't seem like a very good idea for getting new population. It would only entice our current members, who actually know you guys, to join and listen.

We have dedication (Hachi and Chickenpanda), and every internet entertainer starts small and grows a fanbase on the internet. It can only happen if we actually try. I'm just tossing ideas here.

Podcasts are free of charge, as long as you have the hardware.

Soooo, I guess there is a new xG Talks server for our TF2 division. It kinda seems like a trade server almostttt? I'm not saying this is a bad idea, but it's really strange. Why not make an xG podcast instead, or maybe do a podcast and have that server be the studio? You were continuing to be disrespectful to me when I was doing votes. I gave you plenty of warnings, but you continued after I kicked you. We're allowed to do votes for things, and I gave everyone the option to vote "No", but they continued to want to do it. Also, I did not say "If you keep disagreeing with me, I will kick you". I said if you continue to use the trolling language, I would kick you. Joining back saying "Attitude, yeah right"; you're proving my point that you are just trolling and being disrespectful. I'm perfectly okay with people disagreeing with me, and I never said I wasn't. There are better ways to get what you want, other than name calling and trolling. Also, I'm not sure if you noticed but on the last vote we got 65% so there was no class rush on the round that you were kicked. Your ban is for four hours, I'm pretty sure you can wait it out.
