If the rcon command was entered by @@Rhododendron (Silence). Then no one else has to enter that command, nor need access to rcon. They simply just use their hldj and it would work.

he actually would have to get off his lazy ass, and go to the server.cfg file, and add it in there. can't just do sm_rcon (btw since there is a SERVER CONSOLE that enters everything in as an rcon cmd as if it were from sourcemod, he could do that. but unless in cfg, every map change would remove it again.)

I personally never had problems with him. He seemed to be knowing what he was doing. I can read all the things people say, but it doesn't effect me because of my own experience with him.
