It's actually 64 people. If the servers start to fill up at 64 players then that will just increase the number of mods needed.

That was kinda confusing, and I honestly don't know why so many people make troll posts like this.

Although the MOTD works from a technical standpoint, a lot of the content is CSS and needs to be changed (or at least revised) for CS:GO.

That happens a lot, but there are also times when admins do argue over rules. Most recently with the Tennisnoob incident.

+1 It can be really confusing for new players, which results in freekilling and complaining.

But if there are no admins/mods on you often need someone to explain rules to CT's with low IQ's.

Currently playing Borderlands 2 on tunngle. I'm around level 5 (or a little higher) and I was wondering if anyone wanted to play. If so message me on steam. You will need to have tunngle installed and running.

If the need arises I would be able to fill in for any needed mod position. I am quite active, and often at times where there are very few mods (if any), such as late at night or in the morning. I know the MotD pretty well (can't say that I'm perfect) and usually try to explain it to people when no mod is on, but people just don't seem to care about rules when there is no threat of !slay. If I'm not needed for mod, I guess I'll wait for another month and a half and apply.

The average CS:GO is just too dumb to understand the rules.

You'd probably need to be in the clan a bit more and have a lot more forum posts.
