Decision: +1 Reason: Doug has been a friend of mine for some time now and helped me through some rough times. He is somewhat new to the server so the rule need to be implemented in his head first (takes time I know). For what I have seen he doesn't rule break (or at least doesn't rule break intentionally) and he is fun to play a match of LoL with or bhop with. Like I do with most member applications I do take into consideration the question "What can this player offer us?" I know doug has experience with powers in gmod and has an understanding of how powers work on cs:s also so he might be a possible candidate to be part of the staff (I know there is more to it than just knowing the powers). Activity: 9/10 Maturity: 8/10 (mature for his age)

I think of these member application as "What is this person going to offer to our community?" From what I have seen just problems. I honestly have nothing against you or anything like that I'm just stating the truth. I researched you and it looks like you are decently active but one of the problems I have is the amount of immaturity and disrespect you give to other players and the staff. Warrior is running his own division and then nova is playing on his universities laptop since his computer broke. Pinoy also has his own division to run and Idk what the hell jaybreezy has been doing lately (smoking blunts :P).

I'm more focused on who is actually active now? Me and Nova have been playing a lot ,but he has been telling me that he hasn't really seen anyone on lately. Except for pinoy but he won't get his membership back till next week and even then he gets on once and awhile.

Decision: +1 Reason: He does very well with powers and I believe that Division Leader was just too overwhelming for him. So if he gets something like Division Manager or even Admin I'm pretty sure he will be much happier. I'm not saying you were bad or anything Bigga I'm just saying I believe you were too stressed from it all and then there was real life on top of it. Activity: 7/10 Maturity: 10/10
