I like both the rules suggestions i don't think we need a time the vote system needs to be locked in stone no spawning without a vote, and i do like the max of 10 skellys i don't see a problem with these rules

So around 3:30 @Kart msged me that @Matsi was spawning in things without a vote he took a screen shot of the command being done and wanted to make an abuse thread so i made it for him. Not alot of evidence but i made it so yea and @Starfishprime_69 i think can vouch for it i could be wrong(MOVE THIS TO THE RIGHT SPOT)

So apparently a guy named Brain has Root power in tf2 wtf idk if it's just him this needs to be fixed
