1. But it wasn't a valid slay, other people in this thread say it isn't a valid slay, and like you said, it's not even confirmed if that rule is even around or existed. How does "Oh we've been breaking the rules and freeslaying for ages" make it any less of a freeslay on his part? I'm not trying to tear down the establishment here and have you all hand in your badges, I just want justice for my particular case, as it has now been brought to your attention that it wasn't a rule and starting now it would make sense to start holding people accountable. He freeslayed me. He could've instead of slaying me perhaps contacted me on Steam and had a civil discussion. We could've reached these conclusions together like a responsible admin would attempt, instead of him admin abusing and being an asshole.
2. The arguments thrown at me was that it's a rule to give people five seconds after an order and that I didn't follow that. My argument is, even if that is some unwritten rule, I still followed it. You are taking my posts out of context and boxing with shadows.
3. I put my answers to each of your responses in Bold.
4. I treat people with the same respect as they treat me. I apologized for my actions, as apparently I perceived the situation wrong. I guess if you don't understand that's how the world works outside of your room, in that you get what you give, then perhaps you too should get some fresh air. And your argument is really, really bad. I said to do the orders immediately, but the rules specifically state that I have to wait five seconds for people to do them. So when I say "Do it as soon as cell doors are opened", that means the timer for the five seconds they have to respond starts then. I did nothing hypocritical, I followed the rules. And if you don't see how him saying that is offensive, especially in the condescending tone he gave to me, then I repeat myself, view the video again and have some empathy.
5. Thank you, and I agree completely with you. If you're going to hold people accountable for rules and making confusing situations, perhaps as a server you should make the rules less confusing? I myself was confused about it, so I guess in that regard, you guys(as in the server in general) broke a rule by making a confusing situation as well. Hard to hold somebody accountable for a rule that is counteracted by another rule, right? So let's move past that "Ampersand didn't repeat his orders so he deserved to get slayed anyway" argument, since it holds no merit to this discussion and was caused by a confusing set of rules anyway, which you can't hold me accountable for.
6. First and foremost, I would like to say sorry for being pretty snippy at you in that last post. I thought you were being quite blunt and cold to me, in that whole "So good luck, and have a good day sir.". I was not sure if you were being sincere in that, and assumed the worst. For that, I am sorry. How is slaying for something that isn't in the rules not a good reason to apologize to somebody? And being a jerk to somebody? I can apologize for doing something wrong. Can an admin not be held accountable on this server?
7. I'm sorry, but I perceived Eulciwood as giving me lip, so I gave it back. If I was wrong, then I am deeply sorry for my sarcasm. However, I would like to rebuke your claim that I caused confusion, in that out of those 3 T's, one ran to the side of the cell trying to hide, one wasn't moving and one was hiding inside that person's body. I would think that they knew very well what they were supposed to do, and in fact were trying to rebel. And how is it hypocritical to give people time to react to the orders? I have to give them five seconds. I gave them eight, which is more than five, yes, but I responded to their rebelling immediately. And apparently not even your Division Managers know which rule to follow in regards to repeating orders, so maybe before you consider that a rule, you should decide which one is the rule. Having to repeat when asked, or having to repeat ALWAYS, regardless.
8. I would also like to say that nobody forces people to repeat orders unless asked to repeat orders. Selectively enforcing rules is horsecrap, and if you guys aren't doing it, then why even keep that in the rules?
9. I said the order before I even opened the cells, did you watch the video? The time for them to follow that order was already well passed by the time the cell doors were open, AND I gave them an additional 8 seconds. I gave them plenty of leeway, if this was confusing for anybody in the server, they would have to have a pretty low IQ, to the point of not being human. You don't happen to have any dogs playing on your server do you? Actually, a dog can follow a simple order. Never mind. And I'm really happy to see that you are dismissing my report entirely, despite the fact that an ADMIN on your server freeslayed. If you cannot make a simple message to this person to apologize to me, then why are you a division manager? Aren't you supposed to be managing your division? I would think that you could tell him to apologize, or would that be overstepping your power? Like I said in the above post, I did not make a confusing situation. I gave very clear orders, and the terrorists who remained in the cells, even going so far as to hide from me inside the cells, were killed for not following the very clear orders. There is no mistaking my clear orders, they were clearly rebelling by staying in cells. His slay reason was not even semi-invalid, it was completely invalid. And if you did not see where he was saying "Do you HABLA ESPENEOL" and other trash talk because I was telling him how immediately is a time, then you might want to rewatch the video.
10. But I did give a time, according to you. Immediately is now. Now is immediately. They are literally the same thing. It is not confusing in any way shape or form. immediately | with no person or thing in between Does this help? Does seeing "now" in the synonyms help? If I say "Do this immediately" it is literally, in no way to confuse anybody, the exact same thing as saying "Do this by now". In fact, saying "Do this by now" is actually more wordy and confusing. Saying I made a confusing situation is an absolute garbage argument. I said things very clearly, and I gave them the extra five seconds. I killed the vent hoppers and then after 8 seconds killed the people still in their cells. I did NOTHING wrong. Please stop trying to place the blame to me. If a CT kills somebody when I say "Do x Immediately", and didn't wait the five seconds, then that is not my fault. They chose to ignore waiting for the five second rule, not me. You cannot place the rule breaking of others on me, when I am following the rules to a T. I seriously did nothing wrong in this situation. And I am not asking for a demotion. I am asking for a consequence sure, but I'll leave that up to you guys. What I am more interested in is an apology from Cristo for freeslaying me and being an enormous dick to me, and the acknowledgement that I was slain for something that isn't in the rules. I was freeslayed by an admin. Not a moderator. An admin. To me, that is a huge mark against your server, if not even your admins know the rules, and harass people over it. Also I don't see an edit button at all.
11. I don't know how to edit posts on this forum so if a mod wants to merge this post with my last one, please do! I see absolutely no difference between "now" and "immediately". They are literally the exact same thing. I don't see how that makes for any confusion, since by your account, the rule is to give five seconds to follow orders. Not 2. Not 7. Me saying immediately should not bring up any confusion.
12. So to clarify, me saying "do this as soon as cell doors are open", giving them five seconds to comply with the instructions after cells are opened, and then getting harassed by a mod and slain for following the rules, is not abuse on his part? And the fact that this "rule" isn't written down makes me think that somebody slaying for it and harassing somebody over it makes it a little bit worse than if it was written in the MOTD? At least then it would be legal beagle, set in stone. I don't understand how you can say say "Yeah, Ampersand, you were completely in the right and didn't do anything wrong, but Cristo slaying you for nothing is not admin abuse, and the fact that he was a complete dick to you is completely fine."
13. Where in the rules does it say it must be done by a certain time? Where in the MOTD? I don't see it at all, so I'm wondering where you guys are getting this from. And as I stated in the thread, which you should read by the way, I gave them more than five seconds to comply. Here, I will repost it for you. If you look at the video, I opened the doors at 00:41. I shot some people who were directly disobeying orders in the first few seconds, as in were cell hopping and not just delaying inside the cell. At 00:49 is when I start killing people who are still inside their cells and not obeying. That is more than five seconds. I did not freekill a single person, even with this five second "unwritten rule". He admin abused me by slaying me, and ridiculed me for following the rules, which is extremely unadmin-like behavior. I gave them more than five seconds, it's in the video. I may have missed repeating the orders, you're right, but that wasn't why I was slain and mocked by one of your admins. For the sake of this thread, that is inconsequential. Until some concrete evidence that I have to give a time limit on every single order is posted in this thread, as in somebody linking where in the MOTD it says that, I will have to completely disagree with Cristo's decision to slay me, and it will continue to be admin abuse.
