    Well, if the CS:GO Higher-Ups wanted to (and I mean really wanted to) they could look into setting up a schedule/timetable for Staff. Now, I know that this already sounds like a terrible idea since this isn't exactly a job and no one's being paid for it, but hear me out:

     

    This obviously wouldn't be some mandatory timetable like you would see for work. It would merely be a schedule to refer to that highlights the hours in which Staff activity is at its lowest or its highest. After the schedule itself has been established, then Staff can determine the problem areas (or in this case, problem hours) where Staff activity is most needed. Simply put, check with all CS:GO Staff and determine what days/hours they [roughly] can regularly hop on Servers and compile it into a nice schedule or something.

     

    At this point, it's just a matter of a capable Staff member to take up the torch at that time to do some moderating during their own time for that particular period. The only times in which this wouldn't really apply would be during downtime (Server activity) or late at night.

    I think that would help quite immensely, and I would suggest to put something on the xG website or something that says if staff are on the server. I may not be active much, but when I get on there's usually already staff on, and I would like to moderate during a time when I'm needed, and not when other staff is on the server.

    I have secured myself a tiny laptop to play cs:go with, decent(enough) internet to play, and a dark corner in a basement.

    Probably will reapply for mod once I get my hours back up.

    (Sorry Sneckber when I told you that internet costs $1200 dollars, got the misinformation from my friend who had to pay that when he went over his bandwidth limit).

    Ew, what's this stupid indie game doing here? I looks like it was made in 1887 with a number 2 pencil. The protagonist, Chara(Who is a GUY, no such thing as agender, filthy SJWs) looks so bored all the time, why couldn't HE get a Voice Actor or some emotion? It looks like the creator couldn't even be bothered to make proper characters, so he appealed to the lowest common denominator. I mean look at Dr. Aphlas, he's such a blatant pervert (like all Otakus are), and we're supposed to LIKE him. and then there's Undyne, who I thought was a guy at first, but then they had to go and shove their "girls are strong as guys" bullfudge down our throat, and made her a girl. gosh, at this rate, Nintendo will eventually "reveal" that Metroid is a guy, just to appease Tumblr.

     

    The gameplay is boring, and expects you to be super nice to everyone all the time. I don't load up an RPG to be nice to people, I load up an RPG to kill things and get loot(seriously, it's like expecting me to not yell at a level 20 in WoW for not knowing the dungeon when I try to speedrun it.), but apparently that gets you the "bad" ending, where everything gets destroyed. But if all the furries are eradicatred from the the earth, that's a good ending for me.

     

    Overall, this is an overhyped piece of fudge that everyone loves because SJW furry filth is everywhere now. I choose to be enlighted and choose to play the REAL modern classic, Five Nights At Freddy's 3, like a REAL person would do.

    We'll probably have more custom classes once store is done

    A request for the custom classes, when I saw that there was a G3SG1 class, but no SCAR-20 class, that really rustled my jimmies(SCAR looks and sounds better imho).

    I'm sorta on the fence about this, but I agree with Athrun and dongerman about the Trusted rank. I can see no harm that can come of trusted xG members having votekick privileges. Worst case scenario, just take them away. I don't know about some of the newer members, hence why we should have a certain time you have to be in the clan to become trusted. That being said, I dont see why you can't just contact a moderator, seeing we just had an influx of promotions.
