Hello, i have recently donated 10$, and by recently i mean yesterday. i have yet to receive any credits, if any at all. i would appreciate it if someone could tell me why i have not received my credits?

You didn't get any credits because you donated to our clan as a general donation, not into one of the games themselves. Which game were you trying to donate for?

What @@Unique said in his comment. It's obvious he intended to get credits. Now, whether this is a result of glitch, a missing purchase option, or whatever - he intended to receive credits, and you should honor that.

@@HighSociety please get him his 10000 credits, I was going too but I had no access, he deserves the 10k and it's a glitch in the system, it's not his fault. When people donate for CS:GO it shows up as a general donation.
