Forest 309 Posted January 16, 2013 One could argue that Metal Gear Solid is an FPS. Either way, it's a tough choice. In most cases, RPGs are more centered around the plot then anything, whereas your standard FPS is (also in most cases) more centered around gameplay and such. Honestly, it's nice to have a change of pace whether it be from FPS or RPG. However; if I had to pick, i'd have to choose RPGs due to the wide variety of types there are.
