As far as the ban goes, it was a 2 day CT ban from 2012 (I misunderstood orders) I have asked several xG members but cannot find the Teamspeak IP address. If given to me I will be active on there. I have tons of experience on your server, with almost 200 hours on counterstrike source, and the vast majority of that is on the jailbreak server.
