Why Is Price Check Broken 80% Of The Time?

Whenever i need it price check is commonly broken, with the message "No item was found" for something such as !pc Original, and when typed !pc nothing appears. I would like to kow if there is a specific reason why its broke, or f its just being a fgt to me

 

EDIT: I JUST TRADED MY HIGH FIVE TAUNT FOR THE LAUGHING TAUNT DUE TO PC BEING BROKEN, AND I ENDED UP IN PRICE VOTING. I OFFICIALLY AM PISSED
