I'm Bert, Bert Macklin! I applied about a month ago when I had 1o minutes on the server. People told me to apply when I have more hours and time into the servers, so I did. I have around 10 hours in the jailbreak server and I think I have become a regular there. I also have become a regular on teamspeak!
