I would like to join the xG staff because I have been apart of the community for a long time now and I feel that I could be better as a admin I follow rules and don't talk back and would like to apply for a higher position I am of age and am on xG servers A lot

You're not a member. You need to be a member for at least a month before you can even make a staff submission; however, I would like to point out that I do not promote people unless I have personally gotten to know them. Receiving a staff position requires time and effort on the part of the person receiving it. I like to judge peoples' character before I consider bestowing that responsibility to them.
