It is debatable whether you are mature or not. I personally say you would be mature enough though.
I do not think you meet the following requirement.

Well 12 hours isn't really that much. Furthermore I would like to tag silence about the donation thing, however I do not think it is possible to donate with keys. @Rhododendron
