As you can see in the demo three players come on the server and start mic spamming and also spamming the chat with racism. Near the end two of them got gagged and muted but one still got away, and I feel the 30 minute gag and mute was not enough for them.

-1 staff were called... staff muted/gagged them.... I don't see why skipping the proper steps is reasonable for non repeat offenders... unless more happened after the gags/mutes.

 

Side note: The ban on #3 has the wrong steamid.

A week ban is appropriate here since the offenders broke multiple rules at once, the way they were micspamming and trolling is just unacceptable and we do not want this on our servers.

They have a week to cool down, if they continue to troll, they can be banned for a month. @Goblins re-open this if you disagree, but watch the demo first.
