Hey guys, im not sure why but i cannot apply for mod. im always active and i see alot of people trolling when im online in many differnt servers, and i would like to stop this by becoming a mod, but when i try to make a request it says that i cant and that we are currently not accepting mod apps.

 

please respond and tell me why this is doing this.
