Evidently, the term of conservative and liberal in comparison of "traditional or progressive," we are always progressing, both culturally and in aspects of humane ideology. Of course, history also plays a major counterpart of influence towards the world, because our security has been granted, an age of prosperity is also guaranteed establishing a consecutive period of depression. There is always a decaying rate for things, similar to the concept of element's perspective of half-life- reverencing but always decreasing in definitions of concepts. Generally, it is progressing.
