hmm, im not sure, hulk prob has the advantage in strength, superman can fly ultrafast and shoot lasers, but hes vulnerable based on how much sunlight he absorbs (the more the better, red sunlight fucks him up), hulk is vulnerable when hes still human, but im not sure if he can change instantly (based from what bruce banner said in the avengers movie, not gonna spoil it though), he gets stronger the more angry he gets though, cant fly and is susceptible to being deprived of oxygen or getting choked till hes knocked out

It seems like a pretty even match in my opinion, they both have incredible strength and endurance, and some of Superman's powers like x-ray vision won't help him in the situation because Hulk is a brute force attacker. I'd say Superman's best bet is to try to choke him until he becomes unconscious or fly him into space where oxygen is not present like Serbian said. :)

All superman can really do to fight the hulk is flee... Hulkmay not be able to fly but when hes pissed he can jumper pretty dam far pretty dam fast. And choking him out wouldn't work because it would piss him off more and he would just rip supermans arm off his throat.

(presuming Superman doesn't throw the Hulk into space)

 

 

Then again, it all depends what variant of the Hulk we are talking about. Savage Hulk would die, World Breaker Hulk would crush the life out of him no problem, even without the kryptonite). Professor and WWH hulk would be smart enough to use kryptonite induced gauntlets or kryptonite rays to neutralize superman.

 

Then again, the ultimate variant in this fight is "Who's the star of the comic book", is Hulk the star, or is it Superman? The victor of such battle depends in 90% of cases on the protagonist of the story (look at Thor vs Hulk battles).
