+1 see no reason for ban, still deciding if WD are to be banned on sight or not. They are allowed to make protest to be unban, but are not to wear the tag ever on the server otherwise they'll be ban :3

Well on the break of Css, I've been playing on the Gmod server like DarkRP and TTT. The TTT server seems fine tho the bans i've seen around wasn't needed, Which if that was fix would be much better. Seeing how all bans will be reset on Thursday, I hope they do tune down on the bans. Charrax in my opinion is doing a fine job, Since he was quite helpful for when i play when there are no admin and would respond quickly with a ban for those who broken the rule purposely while admins were off. If he's a dick to your and show you disrespect and such, just ignore him.. block him on teamspeak.. Ect. Also, DarkRp should have the rules enforced and i recommend a look over and change some ridiculous ones, like the NLR should be shorten or when someone is raiding your base and you die.. you can't return until raid is over.

If possible, it would be nice to have Gmod bans/admins listed on sourcebans and all problems that will have affect on the population to be known either to us Co-leader or everyone. Charrax overall is doing a fine job as a DL and should continue to do so. So as for i will vote a -1 sorry xemnas even tho you're someone i've played with and had some funz! this isn't enough to demote him.

Pretty much what i mean xD i didn't truly know what the plugin did, but the world would never kill me on pushcircle so i assumed it was no fall damage.

I think most of that is fair enough but if halfway through the round the warden says "Jumping is now restricted" as someone is jumping, and kills them for it, how is that different from saying "Out of cell rebel" when they are already out? We slay for the first but not the second.

They're similar and different in ways, For example.. The T is jumping for fun and warden then restrict jumping and he get shot. They did not know the fact that he would restrict it. But as for being out of cell, The t is well aware that the order "out of cell you're a rebel" will be given but still take the risk to rebel. Therefore the first one will be slayed for because it could be overly abused and given no time to do anything, but the 2nd one has much time in the world to rebel or retreat to the cell from where they came from.

So i'm presuming you're the only one who follow this rule? i haven't seen anyone else nor have I've seen you do it while i was on.

If it's not in the Motd it should not be used. This rule could give the T's an even more advantage. For example they get out of their cell, use a tele, grab a gun and head back to main cell block when the "out of cell you're a rebel" order is given, use that as a shield and head back into a random cell with that gun. This rule just gives the T's more chance to rebel since Ct's already has trouble handling so much T's.

This is the first time I've heard anyone used this rule at all. I've been playing jb for awhile now and have never seen anyone take action on this, have you been implementing this rule of recent? this is the first complaint i've seen and the first i've heard of this rule, so it has to be recent if no-one else is following it but you, because if 1 follow it more will use it as a excuse to not get killed and yet i've seen no-one do such.

Well you should just tell them.. so they would stop questioning, They can take it to the higher up to argue about it.

With the understanding from the higher-up, simply just follow base on their understanding of the rules and if any other admin below them follows a different understanding let them know and they are to follow it until they question about a rule they disagree on.

Why must it be a common sense question that you are trying to loop around? Gkoo has already explained it and therefore they shouldn't be leaving even if the warden said "Can" while the order "Outside you're a rebel" was issued. Besides i haven't seen an issue like this and someone complains about it, do bring up ones that are more troublesome.

Well looking at these, it seem you only questioned Shadow and Gkoo.. It's best to ask the higher up such as DM+ who works on the MOTD for jailbreak. Such as Serbian or Forest. They should understand the rules already since they're the one to work on them. Higher ups make the finial decision and admins under should follow by the rule of their understanding, If you disagree on a rule ask someone of equivalent power or higher.

You sir just don't quite get it do you.. it's not just a name, it's someone name known on the server and you sir are impersonating that 1 player and acting like a complete idiot. It's like me taking your name and putting on other clantag to make it seem you join and quit and join and quit clans repeatedly. Like poncher how you place the HG tag making it look like he joined up with HG after leaving xG.

My vote probably doesn't count because I gave up my member status and nobody likes me, but +1. Also because I am a jew, and I have been unjustly 2-day banned from DarkRP by this guy.

You know i don't have any power on the server at all right? therefore i can't ban anyone at all. Besides you were breaking several rules by glitching into my base with another player using a chair which was not suppose to be spawn-able by normal player unless using advance duplicator. @@Charrax was the one to ban you, tho i don't know why he banned you cause i only wanted him to get you guys to stop.. The reason you were banned i saw was somewhat "Being a smartass" or something.

Why were you even impersonating someone else while wearing another clans tag? As i see you were impersonating Poncher while wearing the HG tag making people believe he joined up with HG. Do explain your reasoning to do such a thing, Otherwise you probably won't be unban for impersonating and trying to make them look like baddies.
