Coloring walls is not abuse as anyone can do it. Also, randomly shooting into a cell with T's in it IS a slayable offense, which you got slayed for. ~Get Logiced

alrighty so since we can't find you on the CT ban list, it must mean that you got banned by a CT glitch that we've had. We have fixed it I believe so next time you are on our servers, please message a mod or admin to un-CT ban you IF you are still team banned from the glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience :) Ps. Already discussed with HongKong and others about this. Since there is no actual demo, and only the visual aspect of this one CT, from the few times that he did look at the T's, all but 1 (possibly) seemed to have been moving and not following warden's rules. The T that might have no moved though has gone out of camera by crouching so if he did move WASD or not isn't something I can tell correctly from this video so unfortunatly I can't tell if there was 1 freekill or not. Also, leaving 1 T alive randomly is the only fair way. letting everyone who rebelled get off free just cuz they all did it is unfair, and killing them all is against the rules. So letting all the CT's kill all but one is generally unbias since every CT can shoot anyone they want, so there is no "favoritism" as speechless put it. As for the duplolas freekill thing, from how you said it, he freekilled a T by mistake while killing another, and then slayed himself... he made a mistake and did the right thing so yeah. ~Closed -

He's unbanned as far as i'm concerned, either follow format or don't ban without a higher up, he is a very active person in the community (89 posts and not even a member) so i'm sure you could have taken the time to either record, or get someone on since he obviously has been on our servers before and many times. As I said, unless you know what pro CSS gameplay is like, (for example Billy, taki, Segway, not trif cuz he sucks) follow format so these situations don't occur. ~Closed

I honestly (no white text) do not want anything from any of you, I do have a job plus parents who give me money if I need it, so unlike last year when I was a jew (complete offense Silence) I do not want anything. BUT where am I going with this? To celebrate my birthday and since I saw that most of you want more giveaways, I will be popping into random populated servers on CSS and giving away free credits! This will be either by trivia, jokes, or other possibilities! Be sure to check if I'm on servers, I will be doing it after 3pm EST since I know alot of you guys are in school either highschool or uni/college. you guys need a demo, or 2 staff including yourselves to make this judgement (which equal to 3). You guys do not play competitive CSS enough to make a judgement like this without a demo or without the required 3 staff. @@BillyMays come here and check it out, but I'm probably going to unban him since you guys didn't meet the requirements for banning someone for hacking.

The problem I have with it starbuck is that except for 1 or two, he has bans from server for everything that should be only team bans. We never server ban for things that people do as a CT. His bans are also inconsistent so I decided to remove his mod. I have talked to him and in a week he may be repromoted if he keeps up his activity as we do need CS:GO Staff. ~Closed

He was caught ddosing members, it is his own fault. This proof has nothing for him, and also he could easily ddos himself with his own program. No more discussion on this matter, and as I said, anyone caught ddosing others will be banned and removed from our community as well. ~Closed

He has bans based on people doing stuff like freekilling or freeshooting, mic spamming also does not warrent a server ban untill multiple steps first. (warn, mute, kick, then ban) Anyways, you do not deserve to be mod if you do not follow our moderator guide accurately. Server bans are not to be thrown out about issues dealing with CT bans. I've looked at logs and this has been occurring way too many times. You have lost your mod for this time being. ~Closed

I have posted an update on the things that have been going lately, I promise we are taking care of this properly and in respects to the other members in this clan. Hopefully you and Prince do come back soon (: take care on your temporary leave, I do understand and I do apologize for any problems this might have caused you or others.

We have lost Mudkip and Copperhorse as Minecraft Divs as they were griefing/trolling etc, and we have completely removed Goat from MC Div and all our servers for the Ddosing of multiple members in our community. We do have proof he did it, and I don't want any discussion over this, I will talk about minecraft within a few days in a new thread. Also, anyone caught ddosing other people in OR out of this clan will be banned and removed also, I have no idea why you guys think it's okay to ddos others, we do not condone this behaviour and anyone caught will be banned on sight. ~Closed
