  1. Hm. I guess my reason for appeal is based upon the idea that I don't believe that I am the same person who committed the initial acts. Figuratively speaking, of course. I obviously am the same human being, but I consider myself to have such a vastly different mindset now that I feel that it might be appropriate to give me another chance. I don't intend to pursue membership, let alone another staff role, but I would love to be able to experience the levity of the community along with (IMO) it's high-quality servers. I'm not exactly sure what I can say to convince those I must convince... so I don't really know. I feel like I could enhance or increase the positiveness of the experience that others who play on XG servers by being able to play. It sounds a little bit egotistical (and a bit like a job interview), but I would like to think that I am an amiable fellow. I guess I say it just to emphasize that it might be a positive for the community to allow me to return, and not necessarily entirely a burden.
  2. Sorry man, I understand that's an excuse that is thrown around a lot, but I legitimately feel as though those have been some of the worst times in my short life.
  3. I greatly appreciate your input, Forest and while I agree with you that the actions I committed were both irresponsible and a fundamental betrayal of the responsibility I was given, I disagree with your statement about such an exception to the rules causing others to cite this case as a reason for their personal problems. I believe (both for my own personal sake and from an objective standpoint as possible) that decisions should be made on a case-by-case basis. XG is in the fortunate position of not legally (or even morally) being obligated to make permanent conditionals when it comes to member discipline. Furthermore, I believe that there are three circumstances wich differentiate my case from those of others: 1. I was 12/13 years old when I decided to make these poor decisions. I am now 17 and I believe that my level of maturity and judgment has improved significantly. 2. Similarly to 1, the event happened almost 5 years ago, meaning that there is potentially plenty of time for "rehabilitation" or a change of heart to occur within me (consider the example of a criminal sentenced for life who is able to receive parole) 3. My reputation before the incident was not one of uncaring or disrespect. Before leaving the clan I performed my duties well and often. It was not uncommon for me to be the only staff member on servers for periods of days.
  4. Sorry, I did not see Aegean's message. When I was banned it was for: - Swapping both the T and CT teams in their entirety - Slaying Bleed a couple of times (potentially others, but as I remember it, it was just Bleed) - I think I may have muted everyone(?) (not gag, mute) Beyond that, I honestly cannot remember. Sorry. And by saying that I cannot remember, I do not waive my right to disagree with any other allegations placed against me. I just simply cannot remember everything right at this moment.
  5. So, I have four real-life friends on Steam. Of those four, only one owns CSGO. I have never used his account, let alone used it to join an xG server. I think you have positive intentions by trying to give context, but a few of your statements are outright false.
  6. Sorry for the double post, I was a bit taken aback by these claims. "he had team swapped @all or anyone he didnt like several rounds in a row" I did not target anyone with these team swaps other than Bleed, whom I considered to be a friendly acquaintance at the time. "would constantly evade ban" I never once attempted to evade the ban in any other manner than occasionally trying to connect to the CSGO jailbreak server on the same account I was initially banned on. "and when a previous protest was denied, was "playing for his friend while he got food"" I truly have attempted to have the ban overturned at least once prior, but this claim that I mad an excuse pertaining to the user using my account at the time is false. If you can provide concrete evidence of your claims rather than irresponsibly using quotations marks, I would welcome it.
  7. @Chrono What on earth are you talking about? I have one Steam account to my name and I live in a house with one other person (my father) who has no interest in any type of gaming. I would please like to request proof of these supposed misdeeds as I *know* that I have never done anything other than my last inteeractions as administrator on the server.
  8. Division: Counter-Strike In-Game Name: Knin_ Steam ID: Steam Community :: Knin_ Ban Type: Server Ban Information: Hello everyone. I have once again succumbed to nostalgia and wish to return to the community. It has been nearly five years since my initial ban. Aliases: Zrined Scythian ---The Facts--- I was an Admin for the CS:GO division of xG I mostly played on the Jailbreak servers I was banned on 11-25-12 at 7:09 p.m. The reason for which was admin abuse. I intended to leave the clan after this occurrence. ---My Opinion--- What I did was completely irresponsible and an abuse of the abilities I was entrusted with by the xG Staff and Community. I am heartily sorry not only to those directly affected by my misuse of power, but also to those whose trust I betrayed by performing such actions. I was going through a rough period during my life where I was dealing with many transitions, including leaving my childhood home. To cope with these changes, I would often spend much of my time playing video games. An unhealthy amount of my time. I eventually realized that I couldn't continue with my current course, and decided to "go out with a bang." This was incredibly stupid of me, and again, I am very sorry for my actions. Prior to this occurrence, (IMO) I was a member who was well-respected throughout the clan (despite my young age). ---Conclusion--- I really can't express how dumb and embarrassed I feel for my prior actions, and I would understand if I were not the type of player that xG wants to foster, but I ask that you please consider my plea carefully, as I truly do miss both the outstanding quality of xG's servers, as well as it's incredibly kind and diverse community. Thank you.
  9. Division: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive In-Game Name: Knin_ Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:40331450 Information: It's been like two years, I'm sorry and I want to play Jailbreak.
  10. I abused my admin powers, slaying two people and teamswapping everyone twice. (It was part of me "leaving.")
  11. Division: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive In-Game Name: Knin #DAGONOP Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:40331450 Information: I'm Zrined. I'm Scythian. And I was an asshole. In short, now that I've recovered from the problems that influenced my decision 6 months ago, I'd like to ask for forgiveness, and be allowed to play on xG servers again. Thanks, Knin
  12. Have you not realised that about a quarter of the staff was removed recently?
  13. DID NOT say the clan sucked. Understand that. Also, yeah, bit immature of me, but I'm simply not a fan of Unique. Also, saying "Hi" is disrespect? Anyway, not here to argue, just sniffing out bullshit.
