    are u using them as free weights or are u using them while ur running to sort of weigh u down? cause u should be using them as free weights, not as weigh downs

    imo, dont use ankle weights or any kind of weights on urself, from what ive heard, it will fuck u over later on in life, its best to stick to ur own body weight as a way to weigh u down, anything thats artificially added to ur weight like ankle weights arent good for u

    oh dear god its rexx, ill ignore everything that u did and just give u some advice. for cardio, what u want to do is to do several different types of cardio exercises, dont just focus on running cause ur body will get used to it and u wont improve. do jogging, sprinting, biking, swimming, uphill walking and jogging (helps a lot more and is more taxing on ur muscles)

    the paid mods and paid admins can be promoted to mods if they prove themselves, they wont have to keep wearing the tag forever, as for paid admins, im guessing that they'll get promoted to regular mods cause it would be too much for them to be able to be promoted to admins skipping over mod

    i can remove ur mod powers so u can work for them if u want to, cause theres def a high chance that ull get mod in the future, hopefully ull reconsider leaving though, cause u are one of the more useful members of the clan

    Hey guys, just an update on the recent admin ranking system. I know that silence has been selling mod and admin because we need the money to keep the servers and we came to the conclusion that it's better to sell mod and admin and get some people angry than to shut down the clan entirely. So just to let you know that the paid mods and admins will not become a regular admin/mod, but slightly lower ranked than their respective ranks. In other words: Paid Moderators are lower ranked than Moderators and can be overruled by any Mod and up, they will also identify themselves as [xG:PM] for Paid Mod, if they abuse powers and there's proof to back it up, they will lose mod powers permanently. Paid Admins are lower ranked than Admins and can be overruled by any Admin and up, they can also be overruled by at least 2 (two) regular Mods, they will also identify themselves as [xG:PA] for Paid Admin, if they abuse powers and there's proof to back it up, they will also lose admin powers permanently. If they try to use any other tags other than PM or PA, they will be punished for doing so, anything from a server ban to a demotion (this applies only to the mod/admin tags, subclan tags are allowed)

    u shouldve learned after the first 9 bans but looks like u didnt, hopefully ull learn from the perm ban, and i saw u impersonating an admin, saying that ur gonna slay someone for something that i cant recall atm, but u def pretended to be an admin, it was also in chat as well. i personally hate admin impersonators and racists, so gg -ban protest denied
