just a heads up, if ur trying to get mod for our servers, ull need 100 forum posts and u have to be in the clan for at least 2 months, i suggest that u start getting ur forum posts sooner rather than later, that way ull get a steady pace of posts instead of spamming like 10 a day when it starts to come up to the 2 month minimum if u get accepted into the clan

i dont use any of the supplements or protein thingies, i just eat regular food and work out regularly, as long as u wait about 2 days between intense workouts, u wont lose muscle, and as long as u keep increasing ur workout every few weeks then ull be fine

best bet is to save up money and buy a brand new computer all together, ask aram if u have him, he can get u a pretty decent computer for an affordable price

if u dont know the problem, or u do but theres no way to fix it, then format ur entire computer, it erases everything on the hard drive that u want to format and ull be able to reinstall windows OS on it again, make sure to back up whatever it is that u need to back up, and get an antivirus program, i recommend avast antivirus
