(that was me, and required lulz were in effect.) As I am to understand it (as it was explained) a T cannot rebel with a ping circle around him, IE: during a gun toss or knife fight. As such, the Rebel lr bypasses this rule. (apparently, and yes I am a fan. I wanted to say thank you silence for the awesome new last requests, I rebelled with an m249, and everybody freaked out. It was hilarious. I look forward to being a T more often now.
