Going to have to -1 this, due to the fact that you're effectively having a back and forth war with two people in the clan in YOUR OWN APP, when you could just ignore their comments or resolve it in a much more mature manner. Not very good form, I have to say. I'd personally think that with a response from kevin that so painfully screams troll, or perhaps ignorance, due to the lack of a descriptive reasoning behind why you shouldn't get into the clan, should be an obvious landmine that should be avoided. xG has enough bickering with clan members versus out of clan members. But members bickering at each other? That just isn't on. And no, don't think that I'm defending kevin through this post. I'll agree with you in that I don't like the little kids on the servers, but there are better ways to handle it.

For the most part, mod apps are working fairly well as they are, though a few positive tweaks could be good.

Going to have to -1 because of age. I get that he has good intentions, and he's been told to follow the rules, but I really don't support 12 year old's playing a game that was rated M. More so on a server that is already notorious for having younger members with mics, and being annoying. Also, everything you put in helpful skills is generally to be things that you have in the first place, the exception being a microphone.

As someone who was there, im going to +1 this, despite there being little evidence. Not doing your job as a mod or admin defeats the purpose of you being one. Being high isn't an excuse.

Moderators need to have a level head, maturity, and a true drive to improve the clan. If you don't have that, you shouldn't be a mod. Period. You also troll a ♥♥♥♥ ton, and you say you want to keep trolling down? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You're a black stain on our servers. Also, 13? And a mod? ♥♥♥♥ that. We have enough young mods. We don't need more. Hard to have a lack of trolling immaturity on xG in general with the allowance of more young people. But making them mods? When they haven't proven maturity? Might as well drive xG into the ♥♥♥♥ing ground with that idea. I will quit xG on the spot if you ever got mod, and frankly, anyone who gives a +1 to this loses all respect I will ever have for them. You can't possibly think this is a good idea and actually want to make xG a better clan and place on CSS.

If you need to ask people to +1, you probably aren't active enough in the community/you're new.

We just need mods that are on more often, so cover more time. Also, yes, a good portion of people in MG are mods/admins.

Going to have to agree with Roxxor. Mod isn't like a step above being a member. Its a little something more, and it requires a little something more from the player to be a good mod. I also haven't played with you in a while so I can't make a sure assessment of how much the trolling has stopped. I'd say if you have changed, give it some time.

I've seen a lot of new players having no idea how !lr works, so it might help to add a tidbit about that. "Type !lr when you are the last terrorist alive to initiate a last request with the remaining CTs." "You cannot use !lr on a warday. You will be slayed if you do."

Just as a suggestion, I think that the server messages that pop up every now and again in chat should be adjusted just a wee bit. Not sure if the "If you're caught following a CT, you will be shot" is still around, but obviously that doesn't apply to the servers, so if it is, it should be banished D:< Some of the more common rules, or maybe ones that are the opposite, could be added for new players as well, just as a reminder. Just a few ideas of what could be put there... "If you don't know the rules, and go CT, expect to be kicked, slayed, or banned! Please read MOTD (Type motd)" "CTs: Keep an eye on the Ts! And stay with them at all times!"

Having been killed in the past for wardens forgetting their initial orders and changing them on the fly, or saying orders quickly to the point where you might not pick up on them, along with the fact that most of the time dead Ts who die off the start have to sit on their asses for a good 8 minutes before a new round starts, this isn't quite the best direction, im thinking.

I wasnt aware that we didnt have to repeat orders regardless of how much spam in chat there was. This is odd since I had been told in the past that you have to, and have been slayed in the past for not repeating. It'd be nice if someone could confirm that.
