CS:S music bot speaking here...just kidding. Use programs to make a virtual microphone and configure a certain media player to play through the input the virtual mic program creates. If you do that then the microphone will play whatever your media player is playing. Will work in any Source games, Skype, TS3...basicly anything with a mic.
