+1 I think this is a good idea, but to take out the membership clause. I believe the people who should be in this are those of Div-Leader rank and those who are very respected and valued members of the clan. as to the taking out the membership part, If as I think it should go where the Div-Leaders play a role in this, then according to the 'Vouching Committee' the Div-Leaders all head up their own committees for applications which would render one of them pointless, the only person affected by that would be the plain old member/mod or 2 possibly chosen for this group.

According to the website, he is already perm CT banned, which would mean he couldn't have avoided the punishment. Just Saiyan, you cant be team banned unless you are on the server.

mohammad smells like fish. on a serious note, the way i deal with it is, if i see anything discriminatory happening i gag/mute them tell them they stop now or else, they do it again they get kicked and then it is a ban according to severity of the crime. like if it is just saying they think something or someone is stupid but the person is taking offense to it, i'll go with an hour or so ban, but if it gets hard core racism and trolling it is a day or longer if serbian allows me to.
