Everyone is subject to the same rules. You are not an exception. What you said and how you said it was highly disrespectful. You can come here and summarise what you said in a nice little sentence, but you were extremely rude and used inappropriate language. Others in the server, not only myself, warned you to stop disrespecting. You failed to do so. You were banned. Someone close the thread? It's finished.

1. [sM] mute shows to all, as does gag. 2. Rabid was suspended, it wasn't a permanent thing. Besides this happened a month ago. I remember it (the one I was involved in). How is this proof that I abused? I gagged Rabid to stop him from abusing. I reprimanded him over voice chat (or admin chat - this was looong ago and I don't remeber), which your screenshot doesn't show; you even show where I ungagged him, following proper procedure. The second is proof of nothing, by the way. That's what we do when someone is mic spamming / trolling on voice. The only way to prove it was abuse and not proper action is to have a demo.

I remember that. I feel super bad about that. The next day I tried to send Aegean a message to change it to a day, but my phone ate my message and I didn't find out for a few days that it didn't send. So, yeah.

You were talking smack about admins mods and myself for ten minutes. I warned you. I kicked you. Then you came back talking more smack and spawn killing on surf. I banned you for a day. Take the time to think about what you said and did.

I was told I could not slay for that, even if the warden said "Talk over warden you will be killed/slain." I always just mute, and that appeases the warden just as much as a slay, most of the time.

Well, he is annoying... He talks over warden constantly... He kills a lot of people because of "moving" on afk checks . But I don't think it is malicious, he just is a derp sometimes. Everyone makes mistakes. Add some mods and admins to your friends list to ask to come spec when stuff like this happens. Once finals are over I'll be back on at night, too, to help.
