Division: MMO Staff Name: Bleed Staff's Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:40997639 Evidence: (Why is there no teamspeak divison?) I was blacklisted from the (CAM4 Community) Channel. After reading the rules i discovered that with a channel admins or channel mods consent, that i could be in the channel. So after getting the channel mod, Cloud's, consent i joined. A few minutes later Bleed comes on the server (most likely in response to penguin messaging him and saying im in the channel.) and says, "Just because you have Consent doesnt mean you can break blacklist." and kicks me. I rejoin, after having read the rule again and he bans me for one hour. This is the problem, if staff are just going to get so irritated with people that they wont even hear them out, then this place is gonna go nuts. This means joining a channel you are blacklisted on without a channel mod or channel admin's consent. I had @@Cloud permission to be in the channel.

Just to be clear, I have been following the case and notice that he's been lying and none of his stories make any sense. I wasn't one of the people who jumped to conclusions I read the evidence and blah blah and it's clear he's lying about his side of the story as he lied about everything else. It's not rocket science to figure that out it's not emotions letting me see that he's guilty just that his accounts don't make any sense and that he has been proven to lie. The prosecution fucked up which should have been a easy case to show that he is guilty but asked the wrong questions. But this is the last time I will post something about this on the forums. if you have been following it like you said you have, you would see than it was an equal case all the way around. Dont pretend to know about shit you dont know, i missed 3 days of fucking work because of watching this case.

There has been no evidence that Trayvon even touched George and if you read FL law he had every right to defend himself but he didn't have any blood on his hands so how can you beat someone up without your hands? I'm happy with the outcome. Trayvon did attack him. He was stoned and had a past of drug related issues. He also owned a pistol. In Florida you must be at least 21 to own a pistol. Thus it had to have been acquired illegally.

right which is the exact reason why. I do admit, i can be annoying, but must of the time if im asked to chill out, then i do. The only time i dont is it the are obviously trolling. I try my best to get along in xG simply because of the mistakes i made in the past. I regreted doing it right after. It was all over the stupid EAS bot that doesnt even exist anymore, nor does the software. I dont have it anymore. The only actions made that i have a hard time understanding and accepting is the refusal to even give me the time of day.

I fucked up, and i asked @@Bleed if it is possible at all or if there was anything i could do to get unblacklisted in Nom's teamspeak community channel. This was days ago. I could ask him any simple question and he chooses to ignore me. I know i fucked up, i admit it. But this is just so frustrating, he was always cool with me before this, and its upsetting me to the point that im about to head off again. I dont see why i would stay somewhere im not wanted or welcomed.
