Mick by arguing on your app you are showing that you can't take criticism and that you get angry over it. The more you argue about people -1'ing you the harder its going to be for people to see you as someone who can handle mod.

I didn't base my -1 off of age i based it on what I've seen him do on the server. Age doesn't matter to me its what i see and ive seen him being immature in servers, mic spamming, not following rules.
