    HI, i'm applying for mod because honestly im tired of spamming admin chat on jailbreak constantly for all of the rule breakers and nothing getting done. yes im only applying because im butt hurt about mods doing nothing on the jailbreak server. im on at odd times for odd amounts of times, that may or may not be helpful.

    It's not your LR, he earned it fair and square typically, and deserves to play the game of his choicing, dodgeball can be very boring at times, but it is by far the funniest if done correctly.

    Ok, as you probably don't know cus im a asshole, i've have been gone for a bit. and well jailbreak is terrible now. The wardening sytem is a joke, the same bad warden gets it every time. Screw all plugins except for some fucking techo at last ct. I simply ask you +1 or -1 and give a reason why i should or shouldn't like it. thank you for reading.

    Simply be the dominant one in the interview to a certain extent, a manager has to be "powerful" you have to be able to command people well, speak well, and be clear. I'd agree with stego, go over the hand book a couple times, and all that jazz, also make sure to ask her at least one question.
