(blame neo for making it all legal like ;D) P.S. @@Warriorsfury i did not ban based off your complaints i have stated as such the original reason i started watching him was that i saw something that looked a bit off then i witnessed him perfectly aim at some one's hit boxes with no open view of that player.

didn't know we were going legal case with this. okay well then i will state one more time the accused has yet to say anything in his defense about the accusation, "The accusation being that he could see the players hitboxes" he has only made statements in defense about wall hacks or aim bot neither of which i stated as the reason for the ban.. but yes neo i was watching alone there were several other mods on the server at the time and Sinly as an admin I was probably the only to see what happened i only asked for council on it from duke since to me he was blatantly obvious that he was aiming at the hitboxes specifically.

@Link_ at this point i'd like to point out he's not once explained how he was able to kill the person he was stacked into and looking away from, who by all appearances was aiming perfectly at their hitboxes, and i might not of played competitive at all but i have always had a keen eye for hackers :)

i have one last request for mine can you do it exactly the same just put it as xG:A not xG:M

let me be clear here the ban is for the obvious being able to visually see the other players hitboxes that you were stacked into, you unable to see the player and you were also looking away from the players models, this was the initial reason for the ban since it was very clear that you were aiming at a specific location and you were landing all of your shots and you then ended it with a head shot, all while you couldn't see the player and were looking away. duke and I agreed that this is too impossible of a scenario to have happen legitimately thus the ban

It was I was watching him randomly and saw something off happen he was running along then jumped while in air he kept his gun aimed at a specific area when he got to a certain point it was a person's head (he aimed through a wall at some one's face while jumping) this is what made me want to watch him further. what caused me to ban is while he was stacked in another player they both started moving in the same direction (both opposing teams) while trying to shoot each other the other player was just strafing back and forth and shooting wildly while the accused while stacked in, and unable to see the other player started aiming inbehind himself (where both of their hitboxes would be) he then proceeded to aim from side to side randomly while looking back still, so i sat there and watch as he got a kill with a head shot while being stacked into a player running backwards and facing away from the players models (from his screen at no time could you see the other player) yet he knew where to aim, i told Duke who was in Teamspeak what had just happened, asked him if i should ban, Duke agreed i banned him for hacking (I believe he was using wire model to see hitboxes and through walls) i am sadly lacking in a demo if you feel this isn't enough then by all means unban him.

@Link_ he first goes and says "this guy is totally traitor" kills him checks body reveals an innocent proceeds to swear into mic then later he has some one following him he says "This guy is pretty sketchy to me" not even two seconds after that he kills him checks body Inno, at that point i check logs they show damage done by all players and kills the player he killed and done no damage to anyone and even if he was shooting in the direction of some one until it hits it doesn't really count for shit. if i were to see it i'd slay the guy for trying to traitor bait (Shooting near some one to get them to shoot for damage first) so in both cases he had no just cause to kill either innocents. I banned him and i put at the end "Maybe autistic?" because he was announcing to everyone his RDMs and how he would spaz out after he had guessed wrong and killed another inno btw his karma was already at around 900 at the time which is pretty low already. so again my ban was not unjust as he claims and was following our server rules

Banned for a Week i checked logs after you admited to killing the second person for being "sketchy" showed the first you killed didn't do anything wrong so i week banned for double RDM and i put the reason as "RDMer maybe autistic?" anyways i stick by my ban

this i think we should have at the very least some sort of quiz before giving out paid mod and admin because no offense to agh but it scares the shit out of me when we have some one with admin powers who is asking me what they should do because he doesn't know the MOTD well enough
