no offense to you but i honestly hate paid mods and admins not because i didn't or can't it's more because most of the time they don't even know the rules well enough and do to extreme of a punishment or to little of one. there are the rare few that know what they are doing but i mean honestly i suppose it's good for those times no one else is on but if you have enough mods and admins added you should have no problem hollaring at one specially if your on TS

maybe after recording call on a mod i'm on quite often i've told anyone that plays CS:go to add me and i'll come on to deal with any situation that arises if i say i won't it usually means that i checked the player list and see a mod on there. but it's rare that i won't go on

This is entirely dependent on the situation if you see admin abuse report it, i mean there are some people who manage to get mod powers and up and may not use it properly resulting in complaints from members and others who can't do anything about it, then proof then demotion. that being said it's a system that works and if non mods like regulars on the server start just calling out admin abuse more often, fuck them, if your doing your job right even if they record you or complain to some one nothing will happen. those who worry about snitches usually have reasons too... just saying White bread cracka right here

it might of been an auto low karma ban by the server if you can remember your karma level because i do know you did RDM some people the prior map and i think you lose karma as a traitor that did nothing

as far as i can tell promo demo came and went you didn't get promoted so i assume that means this is a failed app meaning you gotta wait a month before you can apply again....

I would more or less like to hear who the higher ups agree with since there are a lot of different stand points

the one way i can see it working is if your exclusively mod or admin on certain servers like TF2 only then maybe have that in the tag if you play in alot of the servers you don't have powers in so like for me i just leave M since i don't really ever play TF2 or Nuc dawn or whatever else.
