First of all, this thread belongs in Member Protest. The Ban Request category is here for major offenses such as hacking, mass freekilling, scripting and anything else of the sort. One single "freekill" as you describe this, should be discussed ingame with the mods/admins available, even more-so if a DM is available such as @A51Nova. Therefore, I am moving this thread there. Now, your complaint is that you were freekilled for following orders. The orders were to stack up on the door of Medic. You both proceeded to Stack up at the door of medic. Now, AFTER stacking up (Which the warden was clearly fine with) you decided to Leave the stack in order to be "On the door" itself. You were killed for leaving the stack. Now, I can completely understand why you would be upset over this, however; you Did leave the stack and it was the Warden's order that you be stacked. Although I will admit that this kind of thing was unnecessary as there were only two of you left. lllline however, did nothing wrong in the sense that Legally you were not following orders and were not stacked with your fellow T. I would have been more lenient in lllline's position, but there is nothing wrong with being strict with the Warden's orders. @@zackryz for his side of this. Also Matsi, as the neutral person that I am, I am asking you. Please, refrain from venting all your anger into such a hostile manner. If you're going to write a report on someone, please try Not to harass them or disrespect them. I understand you're upset, but being in such an aggressive mood will not help things any bit.

It has come to my attention that you have posted Several ban protests for this very reason. One is dated back to September 11, 2012 and the other is dated back to August 8, 2012. Your ban was an action that was passed down from Silence himself. And unless he has deemed you unbannable material (which I highly doubt will happen) you won't be unbanned anytime soon. I honestly have to agree with McNeo. Majority who posted believed that Papi deserves a second chance. I myself thought otherwise, but not after realizing that so many others have been unbanned. Who am I to say that they deserved a second chance and Papi doesn't? I will say that I don't Condone his actions though, and I do stand by that. If the reasoning here is that those others who were unbanned had time to think about what they had done, then I guess it's understandable. However with a case like this, Papi knew full well what he had done, and although he did it (BAD PAPI.), he is taking full responsibility for his actions. I'm pretty much contradicting all that I said in my previous post, but I still say to give the guy another chance.

Forgot to mention, I found out what was wrong. It made me wtf. Apparently the directory is Somewhere else. In most cases it's C:// > Program Files x86 > Steam But now it's actually elsewhere C:// > Program Files x86 > [Folder name] In that directory, I found all of the parabellum maps as well as forest_rooftop maps. Deleted em all, and now it's running fine. Gg cause I didn't search outside of my Steam folder

So, to prevent this from happening again, I suggest the following to be edited in the motd rules to clear up any misconceptions. Terminology - "Camping: Being within 10 feet of the same location for more than 15 seconds, unless instructed to by a Warden. It does not matter how many entrances there are. ADDITION(?) - This is not a slayable offense, unless Last CT is initiated or the "Camper" is within an area that prohibits camping IE. Vents, Armory, Cheap Spots deemed by a mod/admin. CTs may not camp areas that do not have 2 or more entrances during a Freeday. Warday Wardays are declared by Warden in one designated area. This area must have two or more entrances (This includes vents, portals, and normal entrances) Some exceptions do apply, ask admin in-game for questions or else it is an illegal Warday. Illegal Wardays will result in a Freeday for the Ts until 0:00 (7:00 for CS:GO). Any T inside the Warday area can be killed. Any T visible outside the Warday area and aimed to shoot a CT can be shot. A T who is outside the warday area with only a knife (and holstered guns) may not be shot. If the T is not participating in the Warday by standing in the entrance, purposefully, with their guns holstered trying to bait a freekill, they can be shot by a CT or slayed by an admin for not participating – The T must be actively moving to the Warday area ADDITION(?) - until the Warday has Expanded, in which case Ts are permitted to camp. Ts may not camp areas such as Vents, Armory or any Cheap Spots deemed by a mod/admin(?) PARTICIPATION IS MANDATORY. THERE IS NO LR ON WARDAYS. Any speculation? Should Ts Not be allowed to camp after the Warday has expanded? Should Ts not be allowed to Camp in general?

Worth a shot. I'll get back to you when I have done this and share whether or not it worked.

Alright so just to clarify for everyone and to Hopefully come to a conclusion, here is what has been gathered: - Alpha slayed the Terrorist for Camping in general (Please correct me if i'm wrong) @@TheAlpha31 - MuLLin slayed Alpha the next round under the impression that Alpha slayed the Terrorist because he "camped for LR" (Again, correct me if i'm wrong) @@MuLLin - The motd rules does Not specify whether or not Ts are permitted to camp after the Warday has expanded, However; It has been stated that the Camping rule applies to All Special Days in general. So therefore, Alpha slaying the Terrorist was justified as he was Camping. @@Chrono - The motd rules does address a Camping rule BUT no where in the motd rules does it state that Camping in general results in a slay. I don't know if a slay is implied or not for doing so, but it Has to be cleared up and implemented if it does. So, under these circumstances, there is No rule dictating that camping in general is against the motd rules. Although, the motd rules DO state that during a Warday, the T must be Actively moving toward the Warday area. Again, because there is no explanation of the Expansion of the Warday, things were jumbled up and a wrongful slay was dealt. Therefore, after further looking over everything, I believe that Alpha was justified in slaying the Terrorist because they were Not actively moving to the Warday area, which are the rules. However, he was Not right in the sense that the T was Camping and deserved a slay. Because whether or not anyone likes it, the motd rules Do Not State a Punishment for Camping in General. Please give your input on the information provided here, it would be greatly appreciated. I want to clear this shit up now, rather then continue arguing or discussing about who was right or wrong.

Alright so, this still doesn't work for me. Just to ensure i'm putting it in the right place, this is the directory: C://Drive > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > (steam name) > counter-strike source > cstrike > maps This is the Same download provided by Gkoo. I have ensured that there is no other file of the sort in relation to this by searching my Entire Steam folder for "parabellum". I have also searched for the Old file name of it by searching "outside". The only results that it gave were "zm_lila_panic_woc_outside2" and "zm_lila_panic_woc_outside2.cache".

I didn't see a reason as to why the T was slain, as I said ingame, Last CT wasn't initiated, he wasn't camping in a vent and it wasn't an illegal spot. Due to the fact that there is no mention of camping during Wardays, I compiled what I knew and made sense of it (A T is camping after Warday has Expanded, there is no LR on Wardays and therefore he is not camping for LR, so it is not slayable if he ends up as the last man standing) That's my defense. I will however say that I did not give much thought to the "actively moving to the Warday area" aspect, as nothing is explained as to what happens during the expansion of a Warday. Although I will admit that after reading that chat log; that slay by MuLLin could have been avoided. It doesn't look like he actually gave you the time to explain and give your complete reasoning for your slay on the camping T

Boy or girl, I don't ***king care. There Is some potential, and I won't deny that. However; you have a rather lengthy notoriety going on. Several counts of freekilling and general rule breaking. You Really need to go over the motd rules again. Remember that if something is Not in the motd rules, it is considered Illegal, unless stated otherwise by a staff member. A: 7/10 - Pretty active individual on our CS:S Jailbreak server (Only server i'm almost always on) and in most cases, when i'm on, so is Harry. M: 5/10 - Unfortunately, the maturity level isn't where it should be. You're a fun guy to have around, but you really need to work on the maturity (try not to take things so critically). D: -1 - This is in no way a means of beating you down, but I think it would be best if you looked over the motd rules and got to know it more. I say give some time, play some more and all in all, try not to mic spam too much. I know there isn't much you can do about your voice, and I understand that. The only way to not have everyone at your throat all the time is to use your mic at a minimum level (Giving your opinion, telling a T to drop their weapon, etc). Also, just another tip is to keep yourself level-headed. Don't spout off if you are freekilled or are slain for something, just keep your cool and you won't be ragged on so often by other players for having a short temper. "Anything that is not in the MOTD is considered illegal unless an Admin says otherwise." If you want to get technical Alpha, this is straight out of the motd rules pertaining to Jailbreak. Not Everything is set in stone for the motd rules, however things are implied and are cleared up by Administrators. For instance, this is also straight out of the motd (Completely unrelated btw): "LAST CT ONLY GOES INTO EFFECT WHEN FOUR CTS ARE ALIVE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ROUND. When only one CT is alive they become the last CT. Last CT MUST kill all Ts, except for the last T. The last CT or Ts are not allowed to camp. Last CT must let the last T have LR unless the last T rebels (They will be slain next round, see LR) or is AFK. Last CT can open vents. If the T’s are locked in Cells, ISO, or any other location the last CT MUST let the T's out. Breaking any of these rules will result in a slay/teamban." Now with that logic, because there is no clear explanation of the rule pertaining to Wardays, does the part I bolded mean you HAVE to let them LR? Does the Warday rule not clearly contradict this? This is why we have Administrators and Division Managers/Leaders here to clarify rules. Just because there is an absence of an important part (In this case, the absence of clarification whether or not you may camp during an expanded Warday) does not make it illegal. We (Or I if no one else agrees) deemed it as valid and implied because it just makes the most sense.

As you said, the warday had expanded earlier and the CTs were actively looking for the Ts. He ended up being the Last T yes, however there is No LR on Wardays, therefore he should not have been slain unless he actually Did initiate his Last Request, which he did not. Also, there are no rules along the lines of camping and such after the warday has expanded in the motd rules (which I now think should be specified to clear situations up like this) The only reason in that the slay could have been justified would be due to the fact that he was in close proximity of the vent entrance (IE: camping vent). Although it is clear that he was waiting on the CTs to enter. Ts are allowed to camp any area they wish so long as it is not a Vent/Teleport, a "Cheap spot" as deemed by a mod or admin and if Last CT is in play.
