-1 if TK was allowed for T's, it would be terrible, it will cause problems, and lots of players will not be very happy with this.

-1 you just got on very recently, applying doesn't give you instant mod/admin powers, play on the server a few weeks longer like Kazuto said, you would have a better chance so people know WHO you are.
