Let's do an example: There a two Terrorists that are ALIVE, John and Tom. Tom gives out John's position. John gets pissed and yells in admin chat: "@YOWTFADMIN YOU GUYS DONT DO YOUR JOB YOU SHOULD ALL BE DEMOTED HES GHOSTING DEMOTED AND BAN THE FAG" John is told that he is not ghosting because they are both alive. John gets pissed and leaves the server. Yeah I have no clue what I just did but yeah. If the person giving away someones position is alive then it is not ghosting. Therefore no punishment.
