I don't really have a stake in this, but that's an odd line of reasoning. Should mass freekillers not get banned unless the people that they freekill come to the forum and post a thread requesting a ban?

I don't really understand how this constitutes abuse, exactly. There is still a limited number of bombs for every map. I think that it is cool since it should keep CTs on their toes. Most of them don't expect bombs until the 5th or 6th round, and that makes for some hilarity when someone has a bomb on the 3rd or 4th. It's also not like I'm being a purposefully crappy CT while I'm on CT. I CT normally, and then swap when I want. Sometimes after I get enough, sometimes before. I do this a lot, but I don't really knife as last CT in order to do it. Normally I end up getting enough money for a bomb as fast as any of the other Ts. It's just I'd rather be CT on some maps. Being able to afford a bomb quickly changes my desire for being a CT, and I think that if I have enough money for a bomb while I'm on CT, then I'm wasting that money by not using it effectively on T. Also, I never switch back to CT after I get my bomb as a T. Once I switch T, I stay T, unless the server swaps me back. How is it unfair? That T can play as a CT if they want, too. No one's stopping them unless they are CT banned, and if they're CT banned, they're most likely a douche, anyway. tl;dr: why?

You did a really good job on the map, Ebic. I'd say that it's potentially one of the best CS:GO jail maps that I've seen so far. We'll have to see how it stands up to lego. :o

Maybe you shouldn't set races that go from one side of the map to the other for every single race that you do. I mean, it's funny every once in awhile, but I hate literally hate it when you get LR because of it. You justify it by saying that you only get LR every once in awhile, but if everyone did what you did, it would suck a lot of ass. Fruit ninja was removed because of how long it was. Doing 5 or more 1-minute races in a row is pretty annoying for all the other Ts watching you. I'm still pretty sure that you just do it to troll, though. :|

I like this rotating song and/or the hub idea. The thing about the Benny Hill music, as well as my own choice, probably, is that it's going to end up getting annoying after awhile, too. The Mario music was great at first, but it's gotten to the point where it's just annoying. The last CT glitch isn't helping that at all. I think a rotation/choose your own song from a list ideas is the best route.

I mean, if you guys want to get really anal about tarping, than if Simon says "I am no longer Simon", or something like that, first, then any subsequent command by any CT, including warden, is invalid until someone becomes Simon and starts ordering again. Similarly, if Simon says that Simon Says is over and never says that he is no longer Simon, then what the fuck does it matter if he's still Simon? If a CT has the player name Simon, can he just freekill everyone? The fact that someone is or is not Simon only matters if Simon Says is being played. If Simon Says is over, it doesn't matter if anyone is Simon. If it did, then saying "I am now Simon" should be enough to start Simon Says on its own without specifically saying that "we are now playing Simon Says". Also, while we're on the subject, I've been wondering about this. Can Simon/warden use "freeday" as a tarp? I feel like calling a freeday, even if Simon Says is being played, should automatically void Simon Says. That's a really lame thing to try and tarp people with.

As someone that's on the server all too much, and someone that didn't see whatever happened in the OP, I can say that yum does screw and freekill/break rules every once in awhile. That said, I never think it's actually intentional. Whenever he does, he's sure that he didn't, and he seems sincere in his certainty. Nevertheless, yum, you need to pay more attention to what you are doing as warden, especially since you warden a lot (typically late at night when there is little moderation going on). You also knowingly press the boundaries of the rules, sometimes crossing them while barely walking along them at other times. It's really hard to come up with a set of hardline rules that apply perfectly in every situation. As such, the rules will not account for every possible act of asshattery. Just because it isn't expressly banned, or the wording is such that you can get away with something that is douchey does not mean that you should feel fine about doing it. The general and overriding unwritten rule is "don't be a douche". Keep that in mind when you are trying to figure whether something is or is not against the rules. The admins are allowed some discretion when enforcing the rules, and all players should use some discretion when they want to do something that doesn't look to be expressly forbidden by the rules. If you aren't sure whether something is or is not allowed, and you think that it is something that would annoy you if it was done to you, then err on the side of caution and assume that it isn't allowed. 90-95% of the time, you're a decent warden, and decent wardens are something the server always needs. Just don't settle for 90-95%, please. You normally think that I'm just trolling you when I complain about the rules, but I rarely troll like that. If I do, it's completely obvious. For instance, if I were to yell freekill after you shot me while I was shooting at you. If I say that I'm not trolling, then I'm not trolling.
