It's not that you wouldn't be a bad mod, it's a situation of reacting to sentiments and coping with them. I've seen you get aggravated over minute things that could have been dealt with easily or don't even need to be dealt with, you could have gotten a mediator to help resolve issues in the past. I know you're not a bad person, I just hope you can understand that, if you lose your cool it could end bad for the server. I'm not trying to chastise you or deject you in any way I just want you to understand where your flaws are at. We all have them. If you're going to be obstinate even after people are trying to help you out it's only going to make your situation worse.

I know you can do good, I wouldn't mind having you as an asset for the team, but it all depends on you and how you react towards your surroundings.

I hope you realized the fact that if you spent 2 minutes thinking before you typed anything or spoke out, it would have helped your case a lot more than it already is. Your responses, your defense or any rebuttals you have given are weak, don't make it more debilitating than it already is by speaking.

It's not hard to create your own rules and should have done so and most likely would be a real good idea to converse with Towlie before posting those rules, if you did, you wouldn't be dealing with this issue. I thought we clarified HLDJ for CS:GO, you can't play 2-3 second clips, only music on freedays and wardays, if a staff asks you to stop it's off immediately, if non-staff asks you to stop (2 people must say stop), whoever is playing has to turn it off.

No reason to add new colors, let it stay red and blue. My thoughts on the new backpack is that it is blue. Let it remain blue as were it to change to black, I know players would have problems in the future and having unnecessary freekills/ bans occurring.

How does this not pertain to the community? It's part of the "General" section, he's pointing out an issue he's noticed with the "General" section. He's giving a valid reason without a proper title which he really should have done. I don't think this is arbitrary to the "community chat" if it were i'd move it to fast lane by now. You know what he's pointing out and it's a valid reason. Please stop posting the same thing in the many threads you have posted before. We know you're trying to help us clean the forums, but by being being a Towlie on every thread or post isn't helping.

Not that my opinion matters, from the conversations we've had, I understand your point of your view and I respect it. We've all had our ups and downs and many people in xG have done that including me and not just you strictly speaking. I hope who ever reads this is impacted or at least understand where I'm coming from. Many members and players I've noticed don't exactly like people because of the actions we've committed in the servers, on teamspeak or the mic, but we've all moved forward from that or we can. If the odd person still doesn't move forward or have general animosity towards a said player then it's an issue that person needs to resolve them self, I am not speaking about Matsi, I'm speaking about the community as a whole.

I don't vouch for people, I don't like to vouch for people, if people ask me to +1, I ignored it cause I'd let the community decide, since this is a re-join and my current mind state and I'm just stating something that maybe able to help the community move forward.
