to be fair, I meant, I got a lot of players to be interactive and tried to keep them populated, that was what Chief and I had initially decided when we got powers before chrono was DL and thats what we tried to focus on is player interaction and maintaining population

I'm switching careers to Medicine, particularly Trauma/ ER Surgeon. 4 years of med school, 3 Years of residency, 3 years of clinical and probably 2 more with Specialization.

If this adds to any consolation, just to let you know, I have 10 more years in school left and I'm 21.. at least your youth isn't being spent studying.

I would start from the classics like Trigun and Hunter x Hunter. Even Gundam Wing was kick ass. Fate/Stay Night/ Fate Zero is one of my favorites as its good. Favorite from the current: FMA Brotherhood, Gundam Wing, Fate/Stay Night, HxH, Attack on Titan, TTGL. CHECK OUT Sword Art Online as well if you haven't seen so yet.

Trigun, Attack on Titan, Nabari No Ou, Hunter x Hunter, Gurren Lagann, Requiem for Phantom. All of these are good, good plot and an interesting watch. I can keep going, but better to choose 1 simply rather than having too many and become indecisive. I would probably start off with Trigun or Hunter x Hunter, heck might as well all of them,they're just simply too good.

These stupid comments that aren't relevant to the topic are the reason why CS:GO and threads like this get ignored.

Sigh.. @@Forest You should probably consult with the Division Manager and the Ex-Division Leader (@@Chrono) of CS:GO to see who is a viable candidate for said powers in TF2; You will most likely avoid a huge conundrum of fallacy's that may result in a inevitable and obscure decrescence in denizens.

I'll say this again, I said it before but it went ignored.. Granted I haven't been on in ages, I would love to come back to full xG JB servers. I just hope JB see's brighter days for this community again.

Man.. I'm gonna get down voted for this but, taken the circumstances of the situation, the owner of the dog was an idiot. The police were in a hostage situation and swat teams had arrived at the scene. The owner of the vehicle had loud music on and started being obnoxious and being a hindrance, which is a really bad thing in a hostage situation. When he was questioned, the owner put the dog in his car but had let the window open, emphasis on this WINDOW OPEN. The dog took the opportunity to protect its owner by being a threat to police officers during an arrest in a HOSTILE situation. I've read so much on this that the police are cruel, sure they had tasers, and batons, but alluding to Rhododendron he would have been put down. Sure they could have used to another means to take the dog out but the police and any other service always focus on their safety, their partners safety and then others (friends are cops, i've asked them all, same answer). They were protecting themselves and their partners in this situation. Sure it's a sad thing that the dog got shot up, maybe 2-3 times too many, but when people are blissfully ignorant to the actual situation on hand it's quite exasperating. Before people go on saying "Fuck the Police" do your research and find both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion on how you feel about the issue.

Sigh... I missed when Unique, Chief and I used to play it.. That was the real fun stuff. As a former Division Leader, it's up to the staff to maintain the servers population, if they aren't doing that and focusing on other servers when JB was the primary server, then action needs to be taken accordingly, starting from the top. It's not a he say /she say thing, it's not if you go on and populate the servers then people will come, I've read that too many times in these forums from staff saying to other individuals that if you go on then people will go on. They aren't obligated to go on it, obligations should apply to the staff that has given permissions on said server. If the staff can't do its due diligence towards the server, then I believe they aren't viable candidates to be a staff member. Granted not every individual wants to put in most of their time towards JB as they have many other games, but they still are required to put in the effort of being in said server; players will come if regular staff members are on quite a bit. Stop with these stupid chain comments and focus on the real issue on hand. JB is really fun, but if I compare xG CS:GO JB with other servers, xG is crap, speaking as a former division leader. xG used to be #1 Globally, now look where it's at. You want a good server, fix the staff of the division, and try to ensure the staff that they can try to populate the server, also try to ensure the that outside the division(xG staff) can input a helping hand towards said server.

I would be fine with a 1 day ban, but demotion? That's a bit ludicrous, that doesn't deserve a demotion.

I personally loved Physics and Biology, Chemistry? not so much. Biology would probably be the easiest. I loved biology because I love to explore the human body, I don't know what you might think of it, but to each his own. If you're more analytic then physics might be a better option as you dwell into the multiverse of fractional equations of the unknown abysmal fear that measures the holy gravity and the benevolent time with other things of course.. Plus, aren't you in community college? Will they still accredit you for University level courses or actual college courses? I'm not saying that you are, but i'm pretty sure you told me you were.I know that in Canada , if you go to a low tier college, you'll get roll-backed for university. An example would be, finish 2 years of community college in your designation and when you transfer to university, you'll be in either 2nd semester of the first year or 2nd year if you're lucky. Try to go into a designation where the scenario I provided doesn't occur, it saves a lot of time and a lot of money. TL;DR kids, do your homework in high school and enroll in university. No harm intended

As a full time student and working full time now (30 hours a week before due to school), I really miss playing on my desktop.. It all depends on you though, if you believe that something short term (xG) is going to help you in the long run, you're oblivious. Learn your priorities, having a promotion isn't even something to be proud or happy about, it's just more responsibilities coming to you. Speaking as a former Division Leader, yeah, I didn't mind it I just grew accustomed to it but it definitely adds more toll to your responsibilities. Don't let xG hinder yourself, it's not that important, to those who think it is (except silence, to each is own) you're areally incompetent oblivious fool. Either way, getting in isn't hard, you want it in? Just be active on team speak and in-game, pretty much a ticket on getting in. Being in team speak doesn't involve just staying in an empty channel, start interacting with the community and build rapport with them and you'll be in no time. TL;DR Be more active on team speak, focus on school, don't be an idiot who prioritizes communities and games over education. Pretty excited about getting a new desktop to start playing again!

Curious, Besides seeing only Hope Act online, how many of you guys all play now? I don't see anyone on anymore so i'm under the assumption that it was a 2 week hype then water under the bridge scenario right? Doesn't matter, i'm curious to see how many people play now versus how many don't.
