Yes we are going to just ban when you shit talk your own community. You don't say anything constructive like "hey try this this this or this" instead you say the server is shit. that is the issue.

This is what I'm talking about, every time I go on, every single day, this is a constant issue. I'm quite tolerant but now getting sick of it.

Anyways, I talked to Duckii about this whole ordeal and previous issues as well. With Duckiis' permission, if I hear anyone in TS talking down on xG or how it works and talking about xG and the servers in a negative manner, I don't care who you are, I'm going to start doing some bans. If you don't like xG or the servers or how it is ran, the door is open you can leave, if YOU do however, then shut up and stop complaining or you can give suggestions on the forums of how it can be ran better. If you have issues pertaining to abuse, post it on the forums, don't come bitching at me about it, because quite frankly, i'm getting sick of it.

You're allowed to warden end of story. I never really had a problem with it so I see why not? If a mod doesn't let you warden direct them to this thread or take it up to an admin or me if you see me online but follow up with an admin if a mod says don't warden. Anyone that has a problem with you not being warden can come speak to me.

As the title says, I'm working on the Jailbreak rules, admin/mod rules and punishments for breaking rules, it will be done very shortly. I have noticed about many players trying to find loopholes in the current rules and quite frankly, I find that exasperating. I don't players to go on the borderline of breaking rules or breaking them as such, however everyone makes mistakes as have I and well others in the community and on the servers. I ask that you guys please be patient. It is a update on everything for our CS:GO JB community rules, A lot of the rules regular rules that players know will be the same eg: Gun check Freeze and FR/LR and rules as such, however, I am going over every single rule and organizing it and setting it up in a way that will be easy for all the players to understand! After reviewing this report and talking to pinoy about the whole situation, I have decided that Line shouldn't have been banned, Pinoy has his reasons which I do not wish to talk about as he already pointed out in the thread, since this is the CS:GO Division and knowing line, I know that he wouldn't do stupid shit and is a good moderator even if other people think otherwise, granted the name he had was stupid (Idiot choose better names like Ponchersweewee) not something anti-admin. I believe a warning should have been given and Line should have listened to Tree about tagging when joining which I'll talk to him about.

There is neither good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

Maverick meets requirements from what I believe (Personal reasons) but he has to follow the clans procedure, He has to be in the clan for a month and have to meet a minimum post requirement, I wouldn't have a problem giving him a +1 since I don't give them out cause of bad vouches before I believe that I have a genuine reason for me to vouch for him.

I hope he applies when he has met requirements.

There is no reason to free shoot, accidents happened, you were dead, team swapped, I can come up with many other reason to swap you eg. ratios, I swapped you for free shooting, stop complaining, you could have queued up next round next round anyways. Get over it, I have been monitoring your actions on the server and in game and you are acting very disrespectful and complaining towards the community you already left because you hate it. I would like for that to stop happening as well and just have fun and not let things get to the best of you.

The severity of the punishment isn't based on how I feel, I'm only following the MOTD. I believe he's under the assumption that I hate him (hence the threads pertaining against admins on numerous occasions) and I need any reason for me to use admin powers on him for whatever reasons. I even tell players, I don't care what they do, if they're not following the rules they will be punished, it doesn't matter if I like them or not. Regardless if it's a "warning" shot, free shooting is against the rules and if he isn't the warden(if the warden says hes gonna give warning shots) then I don't think he should be "Free shooting" or giving "Warning shots" even though there was nothing of that sort. Regardless of that fact, He was dead, and I swapped him, I really see no purpose on dragging this abuse thread forward. Just my two cents.

Firstly, I would like to say, I'm not biased, if I were, I would have banned you, Second, when the issue did occur, Team speak was blowing up on me about you free shooting as well as in game, just because I'm dead doesn't mean [b[i'm not paying attention[/b], if you also saw console, it says you shot that certain player. It was only a team swap since you were dead, stop complaining and I'd like it if you didn't complain over every little issue and then chastise admins for doing whatever they want because they're admins or mods.

Only reason I team swapped you was to prevent further issues like this from happening from you for the time being, what if you did it again the next round? or the round after?

I don't care if you take off your tags, I don't really have a reason to ban/slay/kick you, were it the case, players like Line, zippo or others would have been banned by me a long time ago and trust me, you would know if I were biased

I don't think it's a disrespect issue at hand, it's actually yourself from what I can gather, granted not all moderators or admins aren't perfect but a lot of players start the disrespect and then complain if they get muted/gagged. For example you, calling me a dumbass about admins not doing their job even after I told you to please stop disrespecting and focus more on your attitude, and then even disrespecting me and others and then complain when you get gagged/muted, you don't have to believe me but chat logs speak otherwise. So it's not directly an issue that pertains to us, it's an issue of players complaining thinking that this world is perfect and start crying if something is out of turn.

Basically this could work like in the following scenario provided: "All ts face the cells at all times (first order), All Ts shift walk and follow me (2nd order)" That being said, they can look away since the warden is saying "follow me", however in the next scenario provided it's a bit different: "All ts face cells at all times(first order), All ts shift walk to climb(2nd order)" With the 2nd scenario being pointed out, the Ts should be facing cells as the warden hasn't told them to look away and is the only instance where kill ts for not looking at that certain direction is allowed. Hope this is sufficient.

Get your grudges off of a discussion, this has happened before line was even here, it keeps players on their toes and it's not a tarp as long as he doesn't tarp himself and say something stupid.
