If link says give him a chance, believing that he only wants to play on the servers then I believe he should be given another chance, not saying my opinion matters, I'm just looking at all the threats and making my own conclusion to this case. My 2 cents.

It's basically a learning curve, everyone that starts out as a warden sucks, they make mistakes, so just deal with it, if we went along with this idea, it would be chaotic. If they wish to learn, they can just play as a T or a CT and see how an experienced warden plays.

I usually give some slack for that map, and I'm also telling rest of the staff to as well since we know a lot of players intentionally or unintentionally mess with the elevator. I have no problem with it, I'd have a problem if they left by like 14:00, but 14:15 or 14:25, I wouldn't mind.
