If the Intercourse has already begun and both parties are legally inebriated or not, if either party says stop or wishes to discontinue the intercourse and the other party declines then yes it is rape. Intercourse is through consent and if both parties cannot come to a mutual agreement then it could be an issue that can escalate quite easily. TL;DR, it is rape if the party wishes to stop during intercourse and the other party continues and not adhering to what the individual has said.

Meh.. He's done some very.. very disturbing things to me in JB.. I feel verbally and sexually violated because of him. I have no pity for his JB life and I do not condone his very existence. Set it to a specific timezone where players can use hldj, Mountain Time in my opinion would be the optimum choice as the western hemisphere starts to ascend to its slumber.

That is the social media, those users are basically trying to generate sympathy and using those songs vicariously to "heal" there scars and try to "express" their sentiments. It doesn't matter if the songs good or not, I've seen it on many occasions on hundreds of songs. You can probably speculate that a lot of those users aren't concerned about what they type and how they think. Wait till those users realize what they type or write in retrospect to what they do now, they'll baffle themselves saying "I really wrote that". It's just how media is portrayed by society that affects these artists, some who should be working at Mcdonalds get praised for their obscene lyrics while others who deserve the fame are underrated, ignored and shunned.

Aha why would it make you rage a little? He's one of best intellectual artists in mainstream media, Lasers wasn't quite as what he hoped it to be because of internal issues with Atlantic. If he had the freedom to do what he wanted that album would've been way better than it already is. Granted some songs weren't good but the album over all was well put IMO.

I've been on JB quite a bit. Scub is one of funnest players to be with. He's an awesome warden, follows rules and slays himself if he makes a mistake. Me Cookiesars and Scub have an awesome trio at after hours which everyone show come join! we either get killed or be killed! +1 from me, he'd be a good addition as mod as hes always open to listening to people.

My bad for replying couple of days later. Spade, don't make me and whoever that player is the reason that you don't play at night. That's not an excuse. I know you do your job and try to do it as best as possible. When moderators/ admins lose there cool, it's a dangerous place to be in. I try to have fun and you're trying that to and also trying to maintain a status of equilibrium. Things can get agitated we all know that but that doesn't give you a specific reason to target said player or me, you're taking it personal like that. In all honesty, since "I and the other player" are your soul reason you don't wish to play at night shows an indication that you're not ready to be a moderator based on you not maintaining your composure and you taking it personal, makes you immature in a way. I don't know why you can't just forget about what happened and why hold a grudge, it doesn't make sense and it baffles me that people do that. It's pretty easy to forget. Asides from that, I know many people haven't responded, there has been an increase of admins/ mods so the servers are a lot funner to play in and maintaining that is a hard job, kudos to those who try to ensure a fun play for all players. Would still like to hear feedback if possible!

Hello everyone, The names Nova, I've been playing Jailbreak for a quite a while now, and have been very active on Jailbreak on CS:GO.I'm more of a realist guy and really believe that maturity should be the main factor and I try to uphold the maturity factor to stick and bone versus others not. I really enjoy it as well as others I hope. I go by the name |A51 Famiglia| Nova or |A51 Famiglia| Boobies. Alot of the active members have seen me and I hope others as well. What can I say? I try to be a team player, being an all round person is a key component. I try to be a gate keeper and harmonize situations that can escalate within the game so others aren't wasteful and profligate towards the JB server; meaning they don't ruin the fun for others. I have been contemplating for a while about applying for Mod and I believe I could enforce the rules when others aren't around and maintain a state of equilibrium within JB. I am also aware that being active on the server is not the only guideline as being active on the forums is a major component, that is a hurdle I am trying to overcome but the excitement of Jailbreak itself is captivating that i'll be more inclined and absolved with JB and having fun. I know everyone makes mistakes and I have as well and will not hesitate to admit, just like everyone else we make mistakes. I hope the community and players can understand my sentiments towards my said statement. Zippo, I've been playing JB a lot and you becoming exasperated over the fact that some one talks bs about you is a clear indication that you're not ready. Becoming sentimental over little arguments and not maintaining your composure states that you`re not ready. Evidence, based on this thread. You`re arguing, you could have just accepted that fact and waited a little longer but you decide to argue in aforementioned thread/ replies. If you have team speak I never seen you on it. I'm not denying that you're a good warden, being a good warden is only the least of it. You know the a lot of the rules but you miss out on a lot as well. You have to understand that their are certain criteria you have to follow and uphold. It's more of an ethical decision here and you're being biased about the decisions implicated on you. In retrospect, I don't believe you're ready to be a moderator. You're not mature enough, never on team speak (if you are, I never see you) and become sentimental over futile discussions. Reason why I said futile is because of the -1s' you've received from higher ups, therefore this discussion is now useless (my opinion). Said statements, it's -1 as of right now from me. If you wish to debate against me, go ahead. Prove me wrong and I'll change my -1 to a +1. Btw, I'm enjoying this vicariously (till I intervened..), let it continue!

So pretty much, makingBABIES so claims that he was having issues with his Admin. Jet Li (another player) called him out for CTs not following rules properly and informing makingBABIES about that issue. Throughout the whole game he was asking ct/s ts on how to use admin properly, I wish I screenshot that but I didn't. It is probably in the logs. I wish I took his Steam ID but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to write it down. All in all makingBABIES became sentimental when Jet Li called him out and apparently aggravated him enough to kicking for the reason "Shut the f**k up". It's clear admin/mod abuse for one who is a mod/admin, and I do not know if he is in the xG community as he does not have his tags. [ATTACH]3680.vB[/ATTACH] On Counter Strike: GO, Mode: Jailbreak Didn't want to do this, but, If he abuses his privileges, can't stand for that. **EDIT** In the Console it says "Ciccle Slay yourself" by me, that was an entire different reason, everyone saw him free kill in that round. We Cts' and Ts' who saw him free kill asked him to slay himself which he willingly obliged as he knew what he did, and I was not nor will I intend to impersonate a moderator/ Admin.

Hey all, I've been very active on the server and have noticed that over the few das i've recently play, we are having an uncontrolled enviroment during the time period when there are no mods/ admins. Sure we have mods and admins on at times but its all hell on earth (pardon my french). I was contemplating on setting a vote to reinforce rules and/or have a bit more mods/ admins. Can I get your feed back regarding this issue? JB is fun when the players comply and/or rebel (Terrorists), but when there is no one to enforce the rules during a period of no mods/ admins it really ruins the excitement of playing Jailbreak.
