I was looking into donating today and I realized there is no way to donate to our CSGO division, I'm not unwilling to donate otherwise but I would like to show my support towards csgo.

The map that crashes server is summer_reduxx (not sure of the actual name). Some people have nominated them with the intent of crashing the server, the way people vote 1 every time there is an rtv the map has crashed the server a few times now. Sandstorm and summer_go are both relatively stable from what I've seen but they aren't 100%.

I'm not saying 10 hours at once and the time can be changed. I understand some people will get bored of T side very quickly. I guess the goal here is to stop people from joining onto CT first thing. Maybe the requirement could just be for warden. These rules could be overruled if an admin was on to swap people if they seemed mature and capable.

I have here two excerpts from the rules that seem to need clarification or a rewrite. - You are not allowed to tarp with crouching or jumping rules during first reaction last reaction even if it`s past 5:00 (5 is for CSS, 12 for CSGO?). Is this going against the "first reaction last reaction jump" order? It's a tarp I'd say and FR/LR is often played before 12 using these. - CTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE [Flashes/Smokes] UNLESS IT IS WARDAY OR IF IT IMPAIRS ANY T/CT. Is this CTs can't use flashes/smokes "unless it is warday" or "if it impairs any T/CT"? Is it CTs can't use flashes/smokes unless "it is warday" or "if it impairs any T/CT"? The former would also imply that using flashes/smokes is illegal even on wardays or that throwing them is OK if it doesn't impair anyone. The latter would imply that you can use flashes or smokes to impair team mates and Ts. The seemingly correct one is the former, however seeing as how everything needs to be specific this needs to be clarified. As of right now being CT requires the ability to type !guard, this isn't enough. The rule is that CTs must have read the !rules but we can't enforce that. I would like to propose a minimum required playtime on the server, necessary to become CT. A total playtime of ten hours should suffice as this gives players ample time to learn the rules, maps and intricacies of the xG server. The time isn't concrete and could be improved.

Bleed is the most active player that I've seen, there are no reasons why he shouldn't get mod. +1

-1, breaks rules often and never slays or apologizes. In general he is rude and blames all of his shortcomings on "I'm so high man, it isn't my fault".

Guild wars 2 has no subscription fee, the game itself is $60. Worth it.

Easy -1, his antics have become very annoying after getting CT banned. He claims to know the rules but that doesn't stop him from breaking most of the fundamental ones.

It's a tarp, he gave them an order which would get them killed. I think that we should keep ramp and stair separate terms and that referring to the ramp on castle as stairs should be a tarp.

Nova would be a great choice for mod and is a clear +1. Nova understands the rules, knows how best to enforce them and their correct punishments. He is a mature player and an all around a-mayonnaise-ing guy. The server needs more mature mods who are willing to play leter at night when the rules get ignored.

Grim is a great guy, he is on often, knows the rules and he can make a badass grilled cheese sandwich. Having somone who plays often during the down time we get at night is a great asset. I look forward to Grim being a mod. Definite +1

Mountain or Pacific would be the best bets, most people are asleep (nearly 100% of kids). The time might need to be pushed on weekends or just weekends are always pg13.
