It's still not admin abuse, it's like saying when i was mod i freekilled some1 then didnt slay myself, it's not really admin abuse because he didnt take action against himself because infact he did not abuse admin, lack of admining maybe but not abuse.

It's an abuse of power to break rules and then not punish yourself for it as you would anyone else... Also, noone else would be able to punish him so only he could do it and he chose not to... plus he kicked someone for "disrespect" and needs to read the post that defines disrespect! a lot of mods enforce disrespect wrong, and it seems like it is only enforced when it's an admin.... which is again abuse of power...

Also 2 of those threads are a single freekill. Really? The abuse is that tons of admins have been being stupid and breakign rules and because they are admins they dont punish themselves like they do others... Any time I reported this all I get is "where's the proof" or I get kicked for "disrespecting admins" so here is the proof

This to me is tarping and Nova slayed someone earlier today for something similar ("Isn't that guy a rebel") which had gotten someone killed....

Because at some point someone said "throwing any grenade not on a warday is freenading"

and now a good portion of the admins enforce it that way.... it's the same problem with many rules right now, they are enforced incorrectly.

First he freeshoots epix but lets him heal, not sucha big deal and not the main issue in this report.

He gives the order that the next person to type a SENTENCE dies... dontbleed types "fragment" a word and not a sentence at all.... and then nova kills him for it.... when being told that it is a word and not a sentence nova says that he said "type anything"

Nova then kicks someone for "disrespect when people started to flame him for kfreeilling dontbleed and not slaying himself for that nor the freeshot nor freekilling last round (see my other abuse report for last round's freekill abuse)

The orders were that they die if they dont complete DR by 9:00, this order was later recended by warden, tho it was hard to hear, but he does say that they no longer have to complete it by 9:00 2-3 times... at 9:00 nova kills someone still in DR.... and does not slay himself for it after being told he Fked..

Allow me to elaberate: the warden says to get in the isolation and to get against the back wall. After they are all inside i open the window on the door to see who isnt against the wall. When i look in i see a bunch of people at the door and obviously not against the back wall... rather than be a dumbass and shoot them, hitting the players behind them i moved to the side and shot at the guys foot, as to shoot him in a way to be sure not to hit anyone else. Shortly after i started shooting at him someone started awping at us from armory so i stopped to see where the shots were coming from.

Its annoying that people like line and many others strictly enforce orders word for word and then i get teamswaped because i shot someone who wasnt against the back wall...

If an admin were to have asked me why i shot the guy i could have told them, but noone did.... they acted without knowing all the facts.

The arguement that you only switched me so that i didnt continue freeshooting is pointless because i was not freeshooting at all.

But just putting it out there if it was justified, then the mindset behind teamswaps is to prevent rulebreaking before it happens. Who is to guarantee freeshooting doesn't escalate later that map, or the next map? If left unattended.

It was unjustified because I didn't freeshoot anyone also, he didnt even ask my side or ANYTHING just teamswitched me because it said I attacked a person in his console and that person said that I freeshot them.

It was biased because ever since I took my tags off and shit quite a few admins look for the stupidiest shit to slay/kick/ban me for. And a lot of them take action against me without seeing what happened nor asking me stuff like "why are you there/why did you kill that guy/why did you throw that grenade?"

On the recent summer tower vent thing.... @@Chrono has stated you can open it as a CT it because it autocloses, but only if you see a T go in...

The vent clarification post states:

CTs are allowed to go into OPENED vents, WITHOUT seeing a rebel going in there first. However, they still need Warden's permission to be away from the Ts. Also, IF the only way for CTs to get out of vent is to shoot the vent open on the other side, then they will be slain for vent camping (example, Castleguard's vent, if you jump down the vent entrance next to main cell block, you cannot get out of vent with that same entrance)

This means you can go into a vent without seeing a T go in first..

There's actually no rule against favoritism. Except last CT must KOS - if they're both on your screen, then, well, it's your call.

If there is no rule against favoritism why did @@Chrono ban me for 6 hrs when I killed him instead of ninja, when ninja was bloodhounding and knifed the vent open so we could kill Chrono... apparently knifing the vent was autorebeling and it was favoritism not to have killed ninja for "rebeling"...

You seem to have many problems with xG, so why don't you just stop playing on the server?

Because I have fun with quite a few people on xG and I really liked playing here... and when I went to leave people begged me to stay and to give it another chance and told me that things would be getting fixed. I thoguth that with the ability to now see which admin is doign what would help but it looks like noone gives a shit that a mod is being reported by dozens that he is fucking up... the people reporting get told to STFU and stop whining....

You realize that when I first joined these servers it was only because i followed someone on my freinds list here... the server was over half full pretty much 24 hrs a day.... that fullness has dropped considerably... I wonder why...?!

This issue has already been resolved multiple times. Throwing away HE nades is FINE as long as it doesn't hurt any Ts. This is the same as free shooting, you shoot a bullet into the wall, didn't damage anyone, and that is fine. All Admins/Mods are supposed to read the forum to keep themselves up to date on clarifications of the rules.

What the biggest issue is I think is that the rule in !rules says flash and smoke grenades are not allowed except on wardays.... which makes since...a flash or smoke cant really help the CTs control Ts.... so there's no reason to use them....

What has also been happening is that someone will throw a HE grenade..... and then some one will type !grenade... to see who threw that grenade they heard somewhere... the will then slay them without even asking or knowing WHY they through the grenade... and then tell the person that they arent allowed to throw grenades and that they need to read the !rules and not be dumb....

I find it funny that so many mods do not even know what !rules says themselves as it clearly states ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about throwing HEs!

How the fuck can you you expect someone to know a "rule" that isnt even on the !rules and then punish them for breaking it and tell them to once again read the !rules that wont show anything about the rule they broke?

Why are you all so quick to close threads? Especially in the "Discussion" section? The whole point of this section is to be able to discuss things. Since whoever updates the rules is too lazy to make things more black and white, these discussions need to take place. And you should leave them open so more people can chime in with their own views of the rules.

 

If there is a rule that you think does not need discussion, then update the freakin rules! Don't close a thread and say "that's how it is because I say so." That doesn't help anyone who is checking the rules section during the game, and doesn't know that some of us just happened to talk about it, we came up with a solution, cause we didn't let everyone else know about it by updating the rules.

 

Why is it so hard to update the rules anyway?! Jailbreak is a very black and white game, you either broke the rules or you didn't. If there are vague rules, or "common sense" rules, that makes it a judgement call on the CT's / admins / wardens / mods....it takes a lot of fun out of the game.

 

Having to explain to someone "the rule says this, which really means this in my opinion" is dumb!

I just want to have fun... that's it... i want to play without getting slayed for stupid reasons or things that I thought were ok because admins said so... I don't want to be banned for 6 hrs because i killed the guy rebeling in armory instead of killing the guy that was getting LR and bloodhounded for us and opened the vent so that we COULD kill the rebelor... I dont want to get slayed because im standing within 500 yrds of a vent I didnt know existed or for throwing weapons away so that I don't break another rule...or being kicked for not changing my name from "Me!" because ! is apparently no longer a character on the keyboard, and asking "why" to find out what is wrong so that you know what to fix means to kick you instead of giving key information. I had the name Me! for about 3 days without anyone saying it had to be changed. It was funny cause it went with my clan tag of "Yiff"

Freenading is when you blind or smoke the area and cause issues or when you dmg a T for no reason.... THAT IS IT!!! throwing a grenade and not hitting a T that isnt a rebel IS NOT FREENADING!!!

Admins will come in all the time and throw their grenades away when playing games and stuff, stating that it's not freenading if you dont hit a T...

You need to throw your HEs away so that you do not gunplant when playing pokemon and stuff....

My problem wasn't that it was a vent or not... it was that xG admins told me that CTs could use it because it did not break and therefore was not a vent.... If it's a vent, then fine, if it's not... even better... but admins should enforce it the same.... also, these dumbass admins need to learn how to warn and teach people things instead of being slay nazis.

I work Security for a living, I don't pull out my glock and shoot someone the opens the wrong door... I tell them "Hey, you arent allowed through there.... and then if they don't leave I shoot them.... The same type of thing applies to admining... learn how to do it FFS!
